Tammy Hembrow has shared a shocking video montage of the moments she broke down in tears throughout her marriage to Matt Zukowski.
The fitness influencer, 31, who has recently made headlines for her Gold Coast tryst with AFL star Bailey Smith just weeks after her split from Matt, 30, uploaded the confronting clip to Instagram on Saturday.
In the montage, Tammy could be seen sobbing and shaking throughout various videos, some of which saw her still wearing her wedding ring—indicating they were filmed during her marriage to Matt.
‘It felt like the heaviness would never end,’ Tammy wrote over the heartbreaking clips, one of which saw her slamming her fist to the ground as she cried.
She also showed moments where her hands were trembling amid her breakdowns, and days when she found herself in tears while doing her hair.
Tammy added the song To Build A Home by The Cinematic Orchestra to the emotional video.

But then the post took a hopeful turn as she added another montage which showed her smiling and spending time with her loved ones.
‘But then I noticed the light creeping back in,’ she wrote over this part of the video as the music became more upbeat.
The huge engagement ring Matt had proposed to her with in December 2023 was notably missing from the final clips, indicating they had been filmed post-split.
Tammy paired the video with a lengthy message to her followers, hinting at moments where she felt like she was ‘drowning’ in recent years.
‘I made this so long ago and honestly never thought I’d share it,’ she began.
‘Watching it back makes me genuinely feel ill. But with everything happening right now if there was ever a time to share it… it’s now.
‘I’m posting this for the person who feels like they’re drowning the way I once did. The person who can’t see a way forward. I want you to know, it does get better.
‘I PROMISE you. Some traumas shake you so deeply, they change the way you see literally everything.’

‘No one has felt what you’ve felt, seen what you’ve seen, or carried what you’ve carried. This is your life, your journey… but you are not alone in it.

Tammy’s message of inspiration comes after her recent steamy date with AFL star Bailey Smith, 24, flooded the headlines.
The couple were caught making out during a dinner date on the Gold Coast last weekend, just weeks after she and Matt announced they were getting a divorce.
Their surprising rendezvous had many talking, and even led to the sacking of community football coach John Baggetta on Friday after he made vile comments about the influencer online.
Harvey Brunswick Leschenault Football Club formally sacked the league coach after he called the online sensation a ‘c** bucket’ on Facebook when photos of her date with Bailey emerged.
Matt has since said he felt ‘hurt’ watching Tammy move on so quickly after their break-up, and has hinted he was the one to end things between them, despite some speculating it was Tammy who took the lead.

‘A couple of months ago, I made one of the hardest decisions of my life. I decided to leave a relationship that I found was not right for me,’ he told his Where’s Your Head At? podcast co-host Anna McEvoy on Thursday.
‘It was unhealthy for me.’
Matt and Tammy got engaged in December 2023 after just three months of dating.
They tied the knot almost a year later, in November 2024, but split rumours began to circulate earlier this year.
In June, the pair announced they were divorcing after seven months of marriage.
