Tommy Little was left speechless on Wednesday after Today Extra host Sylvia Jeffreys asked him a seemingly racy question about his upcoming comedy show.
The comedian, 38, appeared on the morning program to plug his stand up show, Tommy Little Has A Regular Size Deck and its title features play-on words to display a somewhat sexual innuendo.
During the Today Extra segment, Tommy began by clarifying the name of his show.
‘Can I just emphasise the show is called I have a regular size deck,’ he told co-hosts Sylvia, 37, and Richard Wilkins.
‘It’s an important emphasis to put on it. Because I realised if I’m doing promos in New Zealand, it sounds very different.’

Sylvia opened the interview by asking how big Tommy’s ‘deck’ is.
‘Exactly how average is your deck?’ she asked, to which a shocked Richard added, ‘Sylvia…’
Tommy stammered and stumbled on his words before attempting to answer.
‘It’s less than… It’s… That’s a really sleazy question to start the interview. But I’m here for it,’ he said as the host’s giggled.
‘It’s less than impressive. They say “under promise and over deliver”, but I just under promise and under deliver.’

Tommy kicks off his series of comedy gigs this weekend at the Adelaide Fringe Festival.
He will continue in March before making a few regional stops in Victoria and then heading to the Gold Coast.
The comedian is also set to take the stage in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth Comedy Festivals, before heading back for more stints in New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania from June to August.

In September, Tommy revealed his shock new career change after being removed as a regular panellist of The Project.
He announced on Instagram he was an author and had a new book titled ‘Who Took My Nuts?’
‘My kids book is here! I hope you love it,’ Tommy wrote alongside a video of him signing a copy.
‘It’s in all good book stores and online and for the first week it’s only ten bucks. After the first week it goes up to $40,000 dollars per copy.’
