The price on socialite Sanchia Brahimi’s upscale pad on Sydney Harbour has been slashed after languishing on the market for nearly a year.
It leaves the high-flyer facing a loss of $2million on her initial purchase price.
Located at Finger Wharf, Woolloomooloo, the four-bedroom, three-bedroom designer apartment hit the market last March for $10.5million.
It’s now under the hammer for $9.8million after Brahimi purchased it in December 2021 for $11.7million.
The upcoming auction in April comes after Brahimi has made ‘multiple’ unsuccessful attempts to offload the chic flat in the last 11 months, reports The Daily Telegraph.

It comes after Domain reported in March that Brahimi had snared a ‘mystery buyer’ – only to have the deal fall through.
In 2016 Sanchia made headlines when she split from her celebrity chef husband Guillaume Brahimi after 16 years of marriage.
The daughter of prominent businessman Charles Curran and his philanthropist wife Eva, Sanchia sold off the five-bedroom home she shared with Brahimi in Vaucluse in 2021 for $17million.

She later bought the Finger Wharf spread from Lisa Corban, who renovated the flat after buying it for $3.4million ten years earlier.
The Finger Wharf apartment block is known for its prestige clientele, including Hollywood legend Russell Crowe, who bought in in 2003 for $14.35million.
Famed radio star John Laws also scored an apartment in the ‘conversion’ spending $15million in 2004.
