Susanna Reid & Charlotte Hawkins Dazzle at ITV’s 70th Anniversary Gala

Susanna Reid and Charlotte Hawkins let their hair down with their Good Morning Britain co-stars as they attended ITV’s 70th Anniversary Celebration on Monday.

Despite their famously early wakeup call, the duo were fresh-faced as they posed for snaps at the glitzy event at London’s Guildhall, ahead of a huge shakeup for the breakfast favourite in 2026.

Susanna, 54, flashed a hint of her legs in a form-fitting black dress with sparkly silver heels, showing her new blonde hairstyle.

Meanwhile Charlotte, 50, cut a glamorous figure in a pale blue sheer lace dress, accessorising with barely-there nude heels.

The pair posed for snaps alongside their GMB colleagues including Kate Garraway, who opted for a chic teal satin dress, and weather presenter Laura Tobin, who was dressed in a white crochet mini dress.

As ITV celebrated seven decades since it first hit screens, many of its stars were in attendance for the glitzy celebration, including Cat Deeley, Olivia Attwood and

ITV’s 70th bash took place at the same location of its very first broadcast all the way back in 1955.

Hosted by Joel Dommett, the evening honoured seven decades of groundbreaking television moments.

Stars from across some of the channel’s biggest programmes over the years, from current affairs to drama and soaps, were in attendance.

ITV last celebrated a major milestone at Guildhall for its 50th anniversary in 2005.

ITV’s celebrations come just months after it was announced that major cuts would be carried out across its daytime schedule.

In a bid to save cash, both Lorraine and Loose Women will become seasonal programmes, with Lorraine being slashed to just 30 minutes a day.

Both shows as well as schedule staple This Morning will also vacate their studio space currently at Television Centre in West London.

Daily Mail previously revealed the shows will be broadcast from an underground studio at The Hospital Club in London from next year.

Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, and This Morning will be relocated from their current studios in 2026 when ITV’s contract at Television Centre ends.

Loose Women will stay in its usual 12:30pm to 1:30pm slot but will be scaled back to just 30 weeks a year.

Meanwhile, This Morning – now hosted by Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard – will continue airing from 10am to 12:30pm on weekdays.

Susanna Reid, 54, will remain at the helm of GMB, where she has been a lead presenter since the show’s launch in 2014.

Sources say Richard Madeley, 69, Ed Balls, 58, Charlotte Hawkins, and Ranvir Singh, 47, are all expected to continue in their roles – though Adil Ray, 51, is understood to be facing a reduced schedule.

Reports suggest ITV Daytime currently employs around 450 staff – but up to 220 jobs are said to be at risk amid the ongoing cuts.
