Their outing comes after Daily Mail Australia revealed that Lauren sent production into a tailspin after she was forced to take a break from filming due to a medical procedure.
The sudden departure of Lauren sent shockwaves through the production team, who were forced to halt filming for several days.
‘I actually woke up on the weekend before and my arm was like completely purple, really swollen. I had to fly back to Perth, so I could have keyhole surgery to remove a clot and missed out on a week of filming,’ Lauren explained.

She said she found solace in the support of her partner Jonathan McCullough, who joined her in Perth for Home Stays during her recovery.
‘Jono flew to Perth the following days, which was great… I was so happy to have him in Perth and he gets to stay at my house and get to know me and my environment a bit better,’ she said.
Lauren’s absence posed a significant challenge for the show’s producers as she is one of the most popular participants on the show.
‘There was no show without her,’ one source said. ‘Everything was sort of on hold until she got back.’
