The fitness influencer's ex-fiancé Matt Poole, 35, took to Instagram this week to share an adorable clip that showed him and Posy, three, whom he shares with Tammy, catching some waves on the .
The doting dad expertly guided his daughter through the waves as a clearly excited Posy could not wipe the smile off her face.
Captioning the post, Poole revealed that despite her tender years, Posy could not be dissuaded from enjoying the surf alongside the Tallebudgera Nippers Junior Surf Life Saving Club.
'Not gonna lie, surf was kinda solid last week, but Po was adamant we were going out with the Talle kids,' he wrote.
'Clearly I was more worried than her haha… these are the memories we live for!!! I can’t wait to do this with Parker (soon),' Poole added, referring to the son he shares with new partner Annelyse Oatway.
