Hollywood star David Hasselhoff was seen in the centre of Christchurch on Tuesday.
The Baywatch actor, 70, was spotted in the city’s downtown area accompanied by a film crew.
And the TV star was welcomed with open arms by locals, many of whom grabbed selfies with the Knight Rider actor.
Hasselhoff has been in New Zealand working on a television show alongside New Zealand comedian Rhys Darby.
The pair, along with their film crew, were also seen at Invercargill Airport last Sunday, where they took a flight to Stewart Island.

During their visit, they also went on a tasting adventure for cheese rolls and explored Queens Park in Invercargill.
It comes after Hasselhoff gushed over his ‘beautiful’ daughter Taylor Ann Hasselhoff, following her wedding to her fiancé Madison Fiore, 33, earlier this year.
The actor took to Instagram to heap praise upon the bride and groom, after walking her down the aisle at her romantic Ethereal Gardens ceremony in California.

Taylor – who used to star on The Rich Kids Of Beverly Hills – said ‘I do’ to Fiore in front of 186 guests during the black-tie garden wedding according to People.

The luxury real estate agent is the eldest of Hasselhoff’s two daughters. He also shares daughter Hayley with ex-wife Pamela Bach, from whom he split in 2006.
She continued to gush about her father, adding, ‘Before I walked out, I had it all together and I felt fine until I saw him and I was like, “Oh cr**,” And I just started hysterically crying and I was like, “Pull it together.”
‘But it was just because he was so happy for me and his smile was so big and he was just like, “You look so beautiful,”‘ she said.
‘So it was just an honor to be able to walk down with him and see how happy he was for me to start this new journey.’
