Big Brother fans came to Yinrun’s defence as she was sent to jail on Wednesday’s dramatic episode.
The customer support agent, 25, broke the rules by speaking to Henry about how she was approaching nominations – leading to her choices being revoked.
As a result Dylan, Hallie and Trish will be the next housemates to face the public vote ahead of Friday night’s third live eviction of the series.
In the rule break she questioned to Henry: ‘I don’t know if this was talking about nominations but…’
A nervous Henry then replied: ‘I wouldn’t say it if you’re worried!’

Oh no! The customer support agent, 25, broke the rules by speaking to Henry about how she was approaching nominations – leading to her choices being revoked
But she then responded: ‘I think I will say it. My vote has two meanings, one is how I feel and one is how I can change others’ fates.
‘If I go for emotion it may change the fate of those I want to save, so which should I go for?’
Henry then replied: ‘I can’t say!’
After Big Brother announced the rule break she then had to and put on her orange jail uniform and go to the cage in the garden.
But fans were quick to come to her defence as they said that Big Brother had been too harsh.
One said on Twitter: ‘I’M NOMINATING BIG BROTHER FOR MAKING YINRUN CRY #BBUK.’
Another said: ‘Me going to the Big Brother House to get YINRUM out of jail.’
A third wrote: ‘me after tracking down big brother for what he’s done to yinrun #bbuk.’

Once all of the housemates had nominated, Big Brother made a surprising revelation that one one of them would be punished for breaking the rules.
Addressing a shocked house Big Brother stated: ‘Housemates. The rules regarding the discussion of nominations were clearly explained to you.
‘Today at 1:18pm, this rule was broken by one of you. Both of their nominations have been revoked and they will also go to jail.
‘The housemate that broke the rule is Yinrun.’
Ironically one of Yinrun’s since-revoked nominations had been for Hallie because she had broken the rules a week prior.
Apologising for her mistake, Yinrun said: ‘I feel very sorry because it might be a punishment for all housemates.
‘I still say it because I was so nervous today and I don’t know who to choose. I apologise – sorry everyone.’
Devastated by the news of her rule break and how her offence has influenced the result of this week’s nominations, Yinrun sough support from Trish and Matty.
Attempting to console her, Trish said: ‘Yinrun, you’re good. Try not to go into despair or guilt.’
And proving that her rule break hadn’t upset the other housemates they soon began to protest for her release, marching around the garden and chanting: ‘Free Yinrun!’
Lawyer Jordan was then put forward by the housemates to try and reason with Big Brother and headed to the Diary Room to plead her case.

News of Yinrun’s jail time was first announced on Tuesday’s episode of Big Brother Late and Live, with guest host Oti Mabuse going behind the scenes to spy on the house action.
She said: ‘She’s in the cage but Dylan came and gave her some shoes, she is being supported. It’s very cold now though but she does have some food stashed in her pockets!’
It’s the second time the jail has appeared on this series after Olivia and Hallie were imprisoned last week for writing in code on each other’s backs about who they had nominated.
Big Brother continues on Thursday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
