Summer Warne, the 23-year-old daughter of Shane Warne, has posted to TikTok with a moving tribute to her late father.
The king of spin tragically died of a heart attack at 52 on March 4, 2022, while staying at a luxury villa on the Thailand holiday island of Koh Samui.
Summer included a photo of her dad holding a family pet, as well as a photo taken at the cricket star’s graveside.
The budding actress also added a caption saying how she ‘hates’ that she had not been with her dad ‘in his last moments’.
Summer shared her tribute as part of a growing trend on TikTok known as Deceased Love Ones.

Summer also named checked Shane’s signature car – a 2024 Mercedes-Benz G-class wagon.
‘Every time she a sees a G Wagon she hopes its me,’ Summer continued in her father’s ‘voice’.

‘I’m there SJ,’ Summer wrote sadly as her father, ‘just not physically.’
The last slide in the gallery is a photo of the family dog sitting by Shane’s grave in Sorrento, Victoria.
The moving tribute was met with a heartbreaking response from users on TikTok, who sent Summer messages of support.
‘You never get over the loss of a parent at any age,’ shared one follower on the post.
‘Remember you have the whole world supporting you three kids.’
‘Oh honey, I’m so sorry that he isn’t here physically anymore you could see he loved you kids more than anything. Sending my love and prayers,’ added another well wisher.
‘Your dad would be so proud of yourself and your siblings,’ messaged another TikTokker on the post.
They continued, ‘And although he isn’t here physically, he will be forever in your heart and guiding you in life.

Shane shared his three children with his ex-wife Simone Callahan: Summer, Jackson, 25, and Brooke, 27.
At the time of Shane’s death Thai police said he was staying in a villa with four friends.
When one of the group tried to wake Shane at around 5pm local time, he was found to be unresponsive.
The Shane Warne Legacy, which provides free heart tests, was founded by the three siblings.
Warne is considered one of the finest cricketers in history after claiming 708 Test wickets at 25.41 in 145 matches between 1992 and 2007.
