The Suite Life of Zack & Cody star Adrian R’Mante – who played Esteban, a Tipton hotel employee on the Disney show – is showing off his progress in the gym.
The 46-year-old, who was the lovable bell hop from 2005 to 2008, formerly had a slim physique and was clean-shaven.
But 16 years after the series ended, Adrian is showing off his ripped, tattooed body and facial hair.
The actor’s Instagram feed holds a variety of mirror selfies that give viewers a glimpse of his toned arms.
In one picture, Adrian wore a long-sleeve brown shirt tucked into black pants with a gray Louis Vuitton belt.

His muscles bulged beneath his shirt, and he accessorized with a cross-body bag and a watch.
A second picture in the carousel showed Adrian in a form-fitting black top tucked into cream pants with a black Louis Vuitton belt.
He stared straight into the camera in both snaps, poking fun at his expression in his caption, writing, ‘Hi why so serious?’
Other shots showed Adrian wearing a sleeveless Adidas tank and athletic shorts in the gym.
The Florida native shared a close-up shot of himself in front of a workout bench with his AirPods and a selfie in an elevator.
‘Work Hard Play Hard!,’ Adrian wrote in September. ‘#nofilter #workout #Letsgo #workhardplayhard.’
Fans flocked to the comments section to share their love of his Disney character, with one follower writing, ‘Ok Esteban Julio Ricardo Montoya De La Rosa Ramirez,’ with a heart eye emoji.
A second user simply chimed in, ‘Esteban!’
Another physical change since Adrian’s time alongside Suite Life stars Cole and Dylan Sprouse is his sleeve tattoos.

The Disney star posted a video documenting the process of him getting a lion’s face tattooed on both of his arms.
‘After 8 months, I am finally done with my tattoo,’ Adrian shared. ‘5 sessions of about 6-7 hours per day. Anyone who knows me, knows I love animals especially the big cat. So I just had this crazy idea of a tattoo and thanks to @tattoobyale_ he brought my vision to light or should I say to MY ARMS! I just love it so much and wanted to share it with you all. For all my actors out there, I got a tattoo that I could cover up with a long sleeve shirt so keep that in mind when deciding.’
‘Didn’t think Esteban would be the one to get tattoos [laughing emoji],’ one user commented, ‘but still [fire emoji].’

Along with building his body, Adrian is busy raising his two kids, daughter Ara, 9, and son Ian, 8, whom he shares with wife Mayara Reina.
‘You will forever be the love of my life,’ he wrote on Instagram alongside sweet shots of himself with his daughter. ‘I can’t believe that I was blessed with such a beautiful daughter inside and out. You love so hard and truly care about each person you meet in life. I love that about you and I love watching you grow into the person you are meant to be…a leader! I will forever love you and cherish you for the rest of my life. HAPPY 9th BIRTHDAY @ararmante…my baby girl. Remember, Daddy will always be a #girldad.’

The actor posted a group shot of himself and his kids, writing: ‘My favorite people’
Adrian also gave a special shoutout to his only son on his 7th birthday last year.
‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY @ianmante! A little letter for you to read in the present and the future. Big 7 years old!,’ he began. ‘Dear Ian R’Mante, I will always protect you, love you, guide you, be your best friend and most importantly, be your father for the rest of your life. People always say they are missing things in life but since you little buddy, Daddy isn’t missing anything. You have filled my heart with love to capacity. I can’t promise to love you for the rest of your life but I can promise to love you for the rest of mine. I love you, son to infinite and beyond! Forever your father/dad/best friend, Daddy.’
And just last month, Adrian posted a group shot of himself and his kids, writing: ‘My favorite people.’
Meanwhile, it seems Adrian’s little ones are following in his footsteps.
In October, he gave a behind-the-scenes look at Ian’s latest project.
‘FINALLY, I can share this video with you all,’ he said. ‘This was a job Ian did back in September 2022 but couldn’t say anything until now. Ian is reprising the VO role of the character Thumper from Bambi in the new Disney animated short film “Once Upon a Studio” formally “1923.” Please tune in tonight at 8pm on ABC and watch THE WONDERFUL WORLD of DISNEY: Disney’s 100th Anniversary Celebration!’
