Stormzy Stranded on London Road in £400k Ferrari, Takes Selfies with Fans

Stormzy was left in the middle of a busy London road on Friday morning after his £400k Ferrari ran out of petrol.

The English rapper and singer, 32, took to social media to share his woes with his fan base as he was left at a standstill in Putney High Street.

In a series of Instagram stories, Stormzy videoed as fans gradually spotted him and asked if they could take pictures with him, which he happily obliged.

One clip showed a line of traffic building behind him, as a photographer joked that he could have pulled his luxury car in off the side of the busy road.

In one snap, Stormzy could be seen standing beside his stationary car as traffic attempted to overtake the vehicle.

He could be heard saying in a clip: ‘Oh happy day, just smile through the pain’ before adding to a passerby who offered assistance: ‘I’m alright bro, if you don’t laugh you’ll cry.’

He then posted a selfie with the caption: ‘Doing a meet and greet on Putney High Road.

‘Bring a pen if you want me to sign some sh*t I ain’t got no pen.’

With no sign of help coming, Stormzy showed the small crowd of fans who gathered as he got out to speak to them.

In another update, he posted a snap from a petrol pump after making it to the station to fill up his 4×4.

He pumped 98 liters into the vehicle, setting him back almost £145.

Stromzy told fans his pal and fellow artist Skeamer ‘came to his rescue’, adding: ‘Thank you to the lovely lady from Rush Hair salon who tried to help me.

‘Thanks to all you lovely people who also tried to help.’

Last month, Daily Mail revealed a non-league football club, part-owned by Stormzy and Wilfried Zaha, have been forced to cover costs totalling approximately £10,000 after travellers dumped rubbish at their stadium.

AFC Croydon Athletic, who play in the eighth tier of English football, saw their Mayfield Stadium broken into by travellers at the end of June.

Members of the group had allegedly broken through a locked gate to enter the site, with an initial six campervans setting up.

The number grew to eight as Croydon Athletic appealed to the council to swiftly intervene.

In July, the club stated the fly tipping was caused a threat to public safety, wildlife, and community sport. The concerns led to the club being forced to cancel a junior football event.

During the summer Stormzy was saved by Dame Helen Mirren as he nearly suffered a nasty attack from a rogue wasp at Evian’s VIP suite on the final day of Wimbledon.

He was seen watching Sinner defeat his opponent Alcaraz alongside Helen actor Chris Hemsworth during the men’s final.

But during their sunny day in the capital at the iconic sporting event, it was revealed Stormzy had an altercation with a wasp and Helen proved to be his hero.

After enjoying their VIP treatment with Evian, Helen, 79, came to the artist’s rescue and ensured he did not fall victim to the insect’s nasty sting by jumping in front of it.
