Stephen Mulhern has shared his excitement ahead of the release of You Bet! On Tour this Saturday and promised that fans will be ‘blown away’ by the challenges.
The premise of ITV’s You Bet! is simple – contestants bet that they can complete extremely unlikely challenges and if they are successful, they win a cool £5,000.
The latest season comes with new ‘quick bet’ bonus rounds that involve stunts that include a man who claims to be able to complete a Rubik’s Cube with just his feet in 45 seconds.
Mulhern, 48, said: ‘It feels great to be back. It’s not only a new series but we’re actually out and about and we’re going to join the great British public.
‘Touring the country, not only do you get to see more of Great Britain, we get out and meet more people that can do more extravagant stuff.’
Teasing the kind of challenges in the season, Stephen said he was particularly blown away by a contestant who could identify any rollercoaster by its tracks alone.

Mulhern said: ‘Everything is bigger and better!
‘We’ve got the outdoors – at one point we took over the entire Bournemouth Beach for one challenge.
‘That would never fit in any studio, unless we were to hire Wembley.’
Citing another impressive competitor, Mulhern revealed that frisbee experts also feature on the upcoming season.
He said: ‘They believed that Nathan can throw a frisbee from Boscombe Pier miles away and his best mate Justin is on a jet ski and can catch three frisbees out of 20 that are thrown.
‘It was like watching James Bond trying to win £5,000.’
Reflecting on his own skills Mulhern said that if he was to ever take part, he would bet that he could complete ‘the most amount of magic tricks in 60 seconds.’
Alternatively, he said he has the ability to play any Ed Sheeran song on the piano.

Mulhern praised the eclectic mix of celebrity panellists who feature on the show, including Holly Willoughby, who is making her return.
She previously joined Mulhern when Mila Stanzani from Trowbridge bet that she could climb the height of a multi-storey car park faster than a car could drive to the top.
Mulhern said: ‘It’s amazing when you see them outside the studio.
‘We’re so restricted in a studio whereas they’re out and about, the support they give to the challengers and how involved they get is amazing.
‘It’s nice to have so many stars from the telly and all so different – from Rob Beckett to Zoe Ball to Alesha to Oti, Johnny Vegas! AJ, Alex Brooker.
‘It was great to have Holly back on the panel too – it’s endless.
You Bet! On Tour airs on Saturday at 8pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
