‘And I could go back and never have got them done. But hey, ho.’Â
In a bid to raise awareness, she said: ‘You do things, willy nilly, not realising how drastic they are, all the affects it’s gonna have on your body.
‘I wish I could go back and never touched my body because I was perfect the way I was, but I couldn’t see that then.
‘So now I’m going back, trying to go back to the way I was. Implants out, small boobs, again, natural… because they have gone so big.’
Later on in the day, Stephanie took to her Instagram stories again to update fans explaining doctors were unable to fully remove her implants.
She’s had to swap them out for a much smaller implant, instead of removing them altogether due to the sheer size.
‘Guys, I’m out through the other side,’ she said thrilled.
‘Them ridiculous boobs have gone. I’m just so happy to be back to the way I used to be.

‘I know it’s going to take a while for them to settle in and drop and all that, and there’s still some swelling, so I couldn’t imagine what they’re going to be like once they’ve dropped and the swellings gone down, so I’m dead happy.’
Earlier in May, Stephanie fought back tears and admitted she was left ‘terrified’ when her three-month-old son stopped breathing for the second time.
The soap beauty welcomed Samuel back in January and sadly experienced a scary ordeal last month when she found that he wasn’t breathing.

According to The Sun, she told her fans that Samuel was at a baby sensory class when he suddenly stopped breathing before he was due a feed.
The Hollyoaks actress was left in a state of panic and admitted it was ‘torture’ as a mum to see her son so unwell.

‘Poor baby has had two lumber punctures and all sorts done to him to get to the bottom of it all.
‘It’s been a dead upsetting time. I’m trying not to cry again because I’ve just been crying.’
Stephanie revealed Samuel had been hospitalised again as she reflected on the very difficult time.
‘He’s in the hospital again and we are going back to see them. They’ve told me to film him next time but I’ve said that’s the last thing on my mind at the time,’ she said.
‘I’m trying to get him to breathe.’
