Star-Studded Cameos Shine at Prada 2 Premiere

The Devil Wears Prada 2 UK premiere took place in London on Wednesday night and it was a star-studded turnout. 

The sequel to the 2006 film boasts a stellar cast, with many famous faces making cameos in the fashion film.

However, was noticeably absent after her scenes were cut after a string of controversies. 

The actress, 28, had been due to feature in a three-minute scene, in which she was styled by 's character, Emily Charlton, yet it was scrapped because 'it did not work structurally.'

's brought the glamour to the red carpet in a hot pink satin dress. 

The actress, 31, plays Amari, a new assistant to Miranda Priestly, in the upcoming film. 

Chicken Shop Date creator Amelia Dimoldenberg, 32, also has a role in the movie. The TV star pulled out all the stops in a striking gold gown. 

Fashion icon Donatella Versace, who was name-dropped several times in the original film, joined leading lady Anne Hathaway on the red carpet.

Donatella, 70, looked stylish in an off-the-shoulder black floor-length gown. 

The designer was pictured filming scenes in Milan back in October last year alongside Anne, who has reprised her role as Andrea Sachs. 

Comedian Caleb Hearon, who plays the role of Charlie, Miranda Priestly's second assistant was also in attendance. 

Model and TikTok star Calum Harper will make his acting debut in the film and also hit the red carpet. 

Meanwhile, Sydney was a no-show. It was previously reported her scene no longer makes the final cut but it's been claimed that 'the team working on the movie were grateful for her participation, making the decision to remove the bit a difficult one.'

The plotline for the follow-up to the original 2006 flick reads: 'As Miranda Priestly nears retirement, she reunites with Andy Sachs to face off against her former assistant turned rival: Emily Charlton.'

Sydney's removal from the film after she became a political lightning rod when her family's political views came to light.
