Stan announces gripping new drama series Love Divided By Eleven starring Brooke Satchwell

Stan has given fans a glimpse into its upcoming original series Love Divided by Eleven starring Neighbours actress Brooke Satchwell.

The six-part series is set to provide an emotionally rich exploration of grief, healing, and what love means to different people.

The show was filmed across Melbourne and regional Victoria and looks to be a gripping new drama.

It follows Lillian (Satchwell), who months after making the heart-wrenching decision to turn off her partner Ash’s life support following a violent attack, remains consumed by grief.

But everything changes when she receives a letter from a man who was crushed by a motorbike, thanking her for his new heart.

In that moment, she feels better and it gives her a new lease on life.

Lillian becomes determined to learn more about the people who now carry the organs from her late fiancé.

With a new sense of purpose, she embarks on a journey that will reshape her life in ways she never expected.

The stellar cast includes British star Eleanor Matsuura (The Walking Dead), Ryan Johnson (Doctor Doctor) and Ben Lawson (Firefly Lane).

Other renowned actors to appear include Annie Maynard (Upper Middle Bogan), Daniel Henshall (A Sunburnt Christmas) and Megan Smart (Black Snow).

The series was written and directed by acclaimed husband-and-wife team Robyn Butler and Wayne Hope, creators of the comedic TV shows Upper Middle Bogan and The Librarians.

Stan’s Chief Content Officer Cailah Scobie, describes the project as ‘tender and heartfelt,’ and praised how the show ‘illustrates the legacy of human life’.

Creators Robyn Butler and Wayne Hope also expressed their excitement for the upcoming release, adding: ‘We’ve been working on this one for a while, exploring some of our favourite themes: love and connection.

‘It’s been a joy creating our first drama series with this extraordinary cast.’

Screen Australia Director of Narrative Content Louise Gough said: ‘It is a beautifully crafted series that blends emotional depth with a profound exploration of connection.

The series will be gripping entertainment for people of all ages and it received major production investment from Screen Australia and the support of VicScreen.

Love Divided by Eleven is set to be one of the most anticipated Australian dramas of the year.

It looks to be perfect viewing for fans of other Stan Aussie drama shows such as Bad Behaviour, Invisible Boys and Year Of.

Love Divided by Eleven will be available to stream in 2025, only on Stan.
