The Loose Women star, 34, held her baby daughter Rose in the clip who she gave birth to just 11 months ago in February 2023.
She flaunted her toned midriff a cropped black T-shirt which was teamed with pair of comfy grey jogging bottoms.
Rose looked adorable in a light pink onesie as she sat on her hip while Stacey spoke to the camera.
Stacey wore her long blonde tresses in loose waves over her shoulders and accessorised with gold hoop earrings.

The influencer filmed the clip in the kitchen at Pickle Cottage ahead of her kids’ bedtime.
It comes after last week Stacey enjoyed a rare kid-free night out with her husband Joe Swash for his 42nd birthday on Saturday.
The sweet couple dressed up in matching lilac outfits as they prepared to hit the town, while Stacey’s father looked after their five children.
Stacey took to her Instagram Stories to show off her dress, commenting: ‘My sister got me this dress for Christmas, I love it.’
She then shared selfies of herself and Joe to Instagram with the caption: ‘Happy Birthday Joe. Mum & Dad are off OUT. Honestly we take the mick out of each other but I don’t know what I’d do without you.
‘To the moon & stars & back again bub. P.S yes obvs I matched his birthday shirt to my dress, he’s ecstatic about it.’
The Loose Women panellist then returned to her Stories to say that her father had offered to have the children for the night.
She asked Joe where they should go next, and he hilariously replied: ‘Bed’ while Stacey excitedly suggested they go clubbing.

Joe recalled that he used to be known in the clubbing world but insisted those days were behind him, saying: ‘I couldn’t think of nothing worse!’
A grinning Stacey compromised that they go to a party instead, though Joe protested: ‘We’re not just going to some stranger’s party, Stacey.’
The X Factor star captioned the Story: ‘Anyone know of any parties in Essex tonight? Seriously though what do people do these days when they’re out out?’
Hours earlier, Stacey had shared a photo of Joe reading a birthday card with the caption: ‘Happy Birthday Daddy. We love you to the moon & stars & back again.’
She then shared a clip of Joe cradling his niece and wrote: ‘We went for brunch with Joe’s family. His sister just had a baby. She’s so amazing. Joe did his best to make me broody @shana_swash.’
Stacey and Joe share three children together: Rex, 4, and Rose, 22 months, and Belle, 11 months.

Stacey also has two sons from two previous relationships: Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 11, and Joe, 42, has Harry, 16, from a previous relationship.
Stacey met EastEnders alumnus Joe on the tenth series of I’m A Celebrity … in 2010, which Stacey won and Joe was a presenter on, and they began dating in 2016.
The two married in 2022, and were each other’s first spouses.
Stacey and her family recently enjoyed a trip to Jamaica, however disaster struck when Stacey came down with an infection.
