Stacey Solomon has revealed how ‘magical’ her life has felt since her 94-year-old grandmother moved closer to her Essex home on Monday.
In adorable snaps she shared to Instagram, Stacey, 34, detailed how grateful she felt for being able to make ‘more precious memories’ since her grandmother moved to a care home nearby.
The Loose Women star posted a sweet snap cuddling her grandmother at Pickle Cottage, where she lives, and a picture of daughter Rose, two, on her lap.
She penned: ‘Got Grandma To Pickle Cottage. I can’t even describe how lucky & grateful we feel that we finally managed to convince grandma to move closer to us.
‘This week we’ve been settling her in and it’s been magical. Thank you Grandma for building up your confidence, we know how hard it was to leave a place you’ve been your whole life.

Stacey also posted a black and white picture of the children’s great grandmother, captioning: ‘The kids have always been obsessed with great grandma and now they get to grow up with her properly.’
In the slew of photos also saw Stacey hold her ‘grandma’s’ hand as they spent some quality time chatting on the sofa.
Adding: ‘I’m just so grateful she’s here now. She’s always been the best Grandma we could have ever wished for and to be able to make the most precious memories as possible is all we’ve ever wanted.
‘She’s settled in so well and is so so happy. She’s already made loads of friends too. Can’t tell you how excited I am for Grandma cuddles everyday from now on.’
Last week Stacey revealed that her grandmother had ‘finally’ agreed to move into a care home close to her and sister Jemma.
Stacey explained she was emotional over the move because of how lucky she is to still have her in her life.
This post comes just days after the doting mother shared her 34th birthday with her eldest daughter, Rose, who turned two.

This is the first time we have had an update on Stacey Solomon’s grandmother since December 2021 when baby Rose met her for the first time.
The update comes after Stacey shared the exciting news that she has become part owner of independent hair care brand REHAB in her first ever investment.
The TV presenter took to Instagram last month to share the news with her followers as she described the business move as a ‘huge moment’ in her life.
It is the first time she has ever invested her own money in a business during her career, with Stacey telling how it was always a dream of hers to do so.
The mother-of-five has been using REHAB’s products for a long time as she often raves about the hair oils to her followers, and she is now part-owner of the brand.
After meeting co-owners Vicky and Anastasia, Stacey revealed she ‘fell in love’ with the band and wants to ‘champion incredible women in business’.
