Kathryn Dennis of Southern Charm fame has been released from jail after serving a portion of a 30-day sentence for her DUI conviction.
The 34-year-old reality television personality walked free from Berkeley County Hill-Finklea Detention Center in South Carolina on Tuesday, according to Us Weekly.
She was sentenced on October 3, and served 11 days behind bars for her role in a three-car crash on May 20, 2024.
‘She walked out about 5 minutes ago,’ an officer from the sheriff’s office told the outlet shortly before 10am.
At the time of the 2024 car accident bystanders at the scene told officers Kathryn might be impaired, and authorities reportedly detected the smell of alcohol on her person.
She reportedly also appeared to have glossy eyes, according to the incident report.

When authorities checked the Bravo star’s car, they reportedly found an unopened mini Fireball bottle on the driver’s side floor and an empty pink tumbler, according to the incident report.
Kathryn was asked whether she had been drinking or taken any medication, and she denied both.
Footage from the night of her arrest showed her wobbling shoeless in the headlights of the patrol car called to the scene.
In the video, the officer removed the Fireball bottles out of her bag one by one before throwing them in the trash.
Kathryn refused a breathalyzer test but agreed to undergo a field sobriety test.
According to the report, the first test the officer administered was the ‘Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test,’ in which a person is asked to track an officer’s finger while the cop looks for tell-tale involuntary eye jerking.
Four out of six clues suggesting intoxication were noted, including a ‘lack of smooth pursuit’ on the subject’s part.
Kathryn removed her shoes for the next test, a walk and turn during which she could not maintain her balance.

She was also unable to balance on one leg without wind-milling her arms to maintain equilibrium.
The footage showed the influencer muttering to herself, ‘I passed that f***ing field sobriety test. This is some b******t. Like, I literally am not drunk.’
When pulled over she had been driving with her Golden Doodle, Lil Gucci, whom she subsequently placed in the back of the police patrol vehicle during her sobriety tests.
Officers searched the dog carrier and found ‘several mini bottles of Fireball, some of which were opened and empty.’
Kathryn is mom to daughter Kensington, 11, and son St. Julien Rembert, nine, whom she shares with ex Thomas Ravenel, 63.
She told cops at the scene, ‘Y’all are ruining my life. And my kids’ [lives]. Thanks for nothing. You didn’t even do a field sobriety test to know if you’re legit or not.
‘No, you sure didn’t. You didn’t do a blood alcohol test. Maybe I don’t have the best balance in the whole wide world, but you sure didn’t confirm what you were doing.’
