Sophie Turner has admitted that the Game of Thrones theme tune gives her ‘PTSD’ as she makes an X-rated joke on The Tonight Show.
The actress, 29, shot to fame as Sansa Stark in the HBO epic fantasy television series when she was 13.
Chatting with talk show host Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday, the pair discussed how it had been 15 years since Game of Thrones landed on the box.
Jimmy asked: ‘Do you feel the giant impact it’s made on television and the world?’
‘I think so? I don’t know,’ Sophie replied before Jimmy responded:Â ‘Do you ever watch it?’
The actress said: ‘No! I mean, maybe like, season one, I watched it with my parents, and then my parents were like, ‘Whoa! No! No, no, no, no!’Â

‘But no, I can’t watch it. I mean, hearing the Game of Thrones theme tune gives me PTSD.
‘I see it totally different.’
Elsewhere during the chat, Sophie made an X-rated joke while giving an insight into her new movie.
The actress is set to star as Lara Croft in Prime Video’s upcoming ‘Tomb Raider’ TV series.
She told Jimmy: ‘You’re going to see it on Amazon Prime in a while because we haven’t started shooting yet.Â
‘I’ve been training since February last year, so I feel like I could probably beat you up right now.’
Jimmy then asked if she could show the audience any new moves she’s learnt during training. Â
‘You know I was thinking about it, but I’m wearing a skirt, and I don’t want to flash the punani,’ she joked.

The Game Of Thrones star, who was previously married to US singer Joe Jonas, 36, is in the USA ahead of the hotly-anticipated release of her latest drama Steal.
Leading lady Sophie will play an ordinary office worker who is caught in the middle of a massive criminal operation.
All six episodes will premiere on January 21 on Amazon Prime.
The story follows Zara (Turner), a low-level employee at the pension fund investment company Lochmill Capital.
Her mundane workday is violently disrupted when an armed gang takes over the office and forces her and her best friend, Luke, to siphon off billions of pounds in ordinary people’s pensions.
The episodes are directed by Sam Miller (I May Destroy You) and Hettie Macdonald (Normal People).
And Sophie’s career is going from strength to strength as she revealed she has already been in training for one year for her role as Lara Croft.
She will be picking up the role as the iconic Tomb Raider star for Amazon MGM’s live-action series.

Sophie will join the likes of Sigourney Weaver and Jason Isaacs in the video game adaptation and production is scheduled to begin in January 2026.
The star spoke to ScreenRant about her latest role, saying: ‘I can’t say much, but my preparation began in February [2025].
‘I’ve been training for a long time now, coming up on a year, and we’re going to start shooting in January.
‘I’m really excited, but I feel prepped, and I feel really lucky to have such a great relationship with Amazon, and I’m excited for the world to see what we do with Lara and Tomb Raider. I think it’s going to be something special.’
Angelina Jolie and Alicia Vikander have both previously portrayed Lara Croft in past movies.
Elsewhere, Sophie has also revealed she hasn’t been on a date ‘in weeks’ following a short-lived ‘romance’ with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.
