Sophie Monk has touched down in Sydney after a harrowing holiday in Thailand, where she found herself caught up in a terrifying 7.7 magnitude earthquake.
The 45-year-old TV star was spotted arriving at Sydney Airport on Monday with her husband Joshua Gross, looking stylish yet relaxed as she wheeled a luggage trolley piled high with suitcases through the arrivals terminal.
Sophie showed off her gym-honed figure in a fitted white scoop-neck top paired with figure-hugging grey leggings and chunky white sneakers.
She added a cropped white cardigan with red, green and black stripes on the sleeves for a pop of colour.
Her signature blonde locks were styled in soft waves and she appeared makeup-free, flaunting her natural beauty.
Later, Sophie swapped her cardigan for an oversized denim jacket as she made left the airport alongside Joshua, who kept it casual in a white polo shirt, matching cap and dark sunglasses.

The couple appeared to have travelled light, carrying three suitcases each.
At one point, the couple were seen stopping by a McDonald’s inside the terminal for a quick bite before heading home to recover from the emotional whirlwind of their trip.
The sighting comes just days after Sophie revealed she had endured a deeply distressing ordeal while staying in Bangkok during the earthquake that rocked parts of Thailand and Myanmar late last month.
Sharing a raw video to Instagram, Sophie recalled the terrifying moment the quake struck while she was staying on the 52nd floor of a Bangkok hotel.
‘I have never experienced anything like this. I was just in the scariest earthquake ever,’ she told followers, visibly shaken in the clip taken from the street moments after fleeing the building.
‘The whole building was going side to side. We were crawling on our tummies. It was so full-on,’ she added.
‘We ran down the emergency stairs and made it out. Whoa—that’ll get your heart racing. I don’t want to be in that sucker again!’
Sophie later posted a calming update from a local massage parlour, showing a Thai woman massaging her feet as she tried to decompress from the ordeal.

The 7.7 magnitude earthquake hit around 1:30pm local time, triggering chaos across high-rise buildings in central Bangkok.
A second tremor measuring 6.4 struck just 12 minutes later.
Thai officials declared a state of emergency as buildings swayed, metro services were suspended, and residents flooded the streets in panic.
Aussie embassies across the region were placed on high alert.
A DFAT spokesperson confirmed to Daily Mail Australia that they are ‘monitoring the humanitarian situation closely’ and urged Australians needing emergency consular assistance to contact their 24-hour hotline.
