Sophie Habboo shared new photos from her day to day life with a newborn on Thursday after her husband Jamie Laing recently sparked outrage with his ‘superwoman’ post.Â
The former Made In Chelsea star, 31, posted sweet snaps from her newborn bubble after Jamie, 37, was criticised for a recent post that set ‘unrealistic expectations’ for new mothers.
He had taken to social media last month to show off how Sophie had created a ‘magical Christmas’ just three weeks after giving birth to their son Ziggy.
However, fans were quick to call out the post for being insensitive and a ‘typical IG moment’ only showing the best parts of the day.Â
In Sophie’s recent album she looked every inch the doting mother as she cuddled Ziggy and looked chic in an all-black outfit.
Another saw her showing off her toned legs in white shorts and a pink shirt as she enjoyed her morning cup of coffee.

Sophie also posted an adorable snap of Ziggy’s tiny feet as well as an image of Jamie playing Pac-Man.
It comes after the backlash which Jamie received from mumfluencers before Christmas after he said Sophie had created a magical Christmas three weeks after giving birth.
He was flooded with replies from unhappy fans, with one writing: ‘I normally love your content, but this is an insensitive post and sets an unrealistic expectation/pressure on other new mothers. Not everyone has the money, resources and support to be able to do this.’;
‘In my opinion this is not normal and a typical IG moment. To, to me, this is sadly only about people pleasing and not prioritising healing and true connections.’;
‘My first Xmas when I was 3 weeks PP I slept most the day.’
Others questioned whether the couple had outside help from caterers or other paid professionals.Â

Jamie could be seen with his arm around his wife as she cradled their newborn, while another showed just Sophie holding their baby.
Days after Ziggy arrived, the couple checked into the UK’s leading postpartum wellness retreat.Â
The new parents took to Instagram with a snap after arriving at the £2k-a-night resort located within the five star Mandarin Oriental hotel in London’s Hyde Park.
Jamie and Sophie could be seen settling into their luxurious room, which sees Tenth Wellness provide 24-hour babysitters for mum and dad to relax.
The couple also enjoyed three Michelin star meals a day, as well as access to the hotel’s top of the range spa and beauty therapists.Â
Before Ziggy’s birth, Sophie had shared how she was not going to allow anyone to kiss her child.
Speaking on their Nearly Parents podcast, Sophie said: ‘No one’s f*****g kissing my baby. And I’m gonna say this on this podcast: If anyone comes and kisses my newborn baby, I will punch you in the face.’Â
Jamie laughed as Sophie added: ‘Please do not come near my baby and risk giving my baby germs.’Â
Pointing at Jamie, she continued: ‘And you were gonna be like to me ‘No, but that woman said that we should give them immune system, smother them with kisses, stranger’, and it just gives me sleepless nights.’Â
Laughing, Jamie replied: ‘No, I’m not gonna be like that. Honey, what I said was this, someone said you gotta let them get dirt, so I went, ‘Oh, so we’ll just take them into the garden and put mud on them.”Â
Attempting to stifle a laugh, Sophie told the cameras: ‘Yeah, that’s what he genuinely said. We’ll just like put the baby in with like the mud, and we don’t wash it off, I was like, probably not at newborn stage.’Â
