Influencer Sophie Cachia and her partner, AFLW star Madison Prespakis, have pocketed a cool $1.165million after selling off their Melbourne home last week.
The sale came after the pair were expecting the property to go to auction later this month, following its listing in July with a price guide of $900,000 – $990,000.
Located in the far northern suburb of Tullamarine, 24 km from the CBD, the stylishly renovated home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Sophie agreed to an early sale ahead of the scheduled auction on August 23 from a buyer in Adelaide since the offer was $175,000 above the guide price reported by Realestate.com.au on Thursday.
Purchased in 2021 by Sophie, for a reported price of well under a million, the social media star splashed out on an extensive refit on the 1990s–era house.
The renovation included revamping the kitchen and dining areas, two kids’ bedrooms, and the living spaces.

Sophie’s design touches include a formal dining room with a panelled feature wall and gunmetal tapware and bathroom accessories.
Features include an eye–catching monochrome palette, high–end appliances, a designer kitchen and an oversized en suite with double vanities, a double shower and a custom–built step for children.
Highlights include a creative open plan layout where the living areas open out to a covered entertainment pool deck.
The main bedroom includes a walk–in dressing room and a lavish en suite.
The main bathroom is another standout, featuring designer tiles, a freestanding bathtub and luxurious floor–to–ceiling finishes.
Sophie worked closely with an interior stylist to ensure her home décor vision was brought to life.
The social media star, who co-parents three children and boasts more than 300,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok, said the home had been a refuge during a time of personal growth.
‘That whole front section of the house became a sanctuary. I’ll miss it so much,’ she said.

The Melbourne influencer announced last month she was selling the property to take the next step in her relationship with Prespakis, as they prepare to buy their dream home together.
It comes after Sophie hinted at plans to marry her girlfriend.
The former AFL WAG, 34, and AFLW player, 24, debuted their romance on Instagram in December, one month before Sophie welcomed her third child, Esmé, into the world after undergoing intrauterine insemination (IUI).
And it seems, things are already getting serious between the couple.
Taking to her Instagram Stories in June, Sophie didn’t miss a beat when responding to a fan who asked: ‘Would you consider marriage again?’
‘Absolutely,’ she said. ‘With every part of my soul.’
‘Am I married? No. Am I engaged? No,’ Sophie continued in her response to other questions about her relationship.
‘I always wear these rings. They are my rings. Yes, I would get married tomorrow, if I could,’ she said.
Sophie was wearing a large sapphire and diamond ring in the video that could be confused for an engagement ring.
Sophie has had several high–profile romances with top female athletes since the breakdown of her marriage to AFL star Jarryd Cachia in 2019, with whom she shares son Bobby, 10, and daughter Florence, seven.
She was married to Jarryd from October 2015 to September 2019 after welcoming their two children.
Since their split, she has struck up several back–to–back romances with high–profile sportswomen.
She first dated Matildas soccer player Alanna Kennedy, before briefly getting engaged to WNBL star Maddie Garrick, and she then went on to have a year–long romance with AFLW star Sophie Van De Heuvel.
