Social Media Sensation Kurt Coleman Reveals Dramatic Transformation with Chiseled Six-Pack Abs Following Hospitalization for Surprising Wine Reaction

Kurt Coleman is continuing to living his best life after quitting alcohol two years ago, and has shared another photo of his amazing body transformation.

On Wednesday, the social media star, 26, posted a mirror selfie that captured him flexing his muscular frame while posing shirtless in his living room.

The Queensland native showed off his impressive six-pack abs in a pair of tiny white shorts. 

‘I remember my whole life I used to hate my stomach. Now I love it,’ he wrote in the caption. 

Many of Kurt’s pals were quick to commend him over the eye-popping snap.

Meanwhile, fashion designer Effie Katsaounis showed her appreciation by posting the fire emoji.

Kurt has been sober for over two years after being hospitalised after drinking a single glass of wine that lead doctors to discover he has pancreatitis. 

The Queensland native sported only a pair of white shorts in the photo and looked focused as he flexed his six-pack abs to the camera while posing up a storm

Since then he has worked on his health and last year he said he was the ‘happiest’ he had ever been.

‘So many people laughed at me when I obviously lost who I was and was really lost for a while,’ he wrote on Facebook in February.

He admitted he agrees he did not ‘look like himself’ in old photos.

Kurt – who now shares regular photos of his body, which he describes as his ‘temple’ – said he is now the ‘most me I have ever felt’.
