The 80s singer, 62, who will appear on the upcoming series of All Stars, owns TV production company Sinitta's Angels and music business Millennium Resurrection with both be making a huge loss.
According to The Sun her the former business, which was set up in 1999, owes £184,801 the latter has debs of £55,341.
Daily Mail have contacted Sinitta's representatives for comment.
During a 2024 appearance Sinitta fought back tears as she revealed she was left after being forced out of her home by a 'huge tax bill'.
The singer explained that she was forced to live in her car during the 90s after her success just a decade earlier.

She added that despite struggling, she was too embarrassed to tell anyone and tried to keep it to herself.
Discussing her career with , , Dame Kelly Holmes and on the panel show, the Toy Boy singer admitted she had been grappling with a 'huge tax bill' and had not been managing her finances well.
Things got so bad, the close friend of revealed she had been forced to sell off all her assets.
After selling her house to pay off her debt, she said she ended up living in her car until she got back on her feet.
The topic was raised by fellow panellist and Eternal band member Kèllè, who had heard the So Macho singer had got herself 'into bother'.
Sinitta explained: 'It's true, I think this was back in the early nineties, I did live in my car because I hadn't managed money well, I also panicked because I had a tax bill and I knee-jerk sold the house to pay my tax bill and gave up the house to a friend.'
She added that she looked back with some regrets and wished she had taken better advice.

'I probably should have taken advice and had a mortgage or something, but you know when you're young, you're just trying to manage it,' she continued.
The singer also confessed that the hardest part of her ordeal was not living in her car, but battling the shame and embarrassment of having no home despite being seen as a successful pop star and celebrity.
She added that she made every effort to appear as 'happy Sinitta', and went to extreme lengths to keep her reality hidden.
Sinitta told the panel she managed to keep her predicament hidden by using public amenities for showering, relied on self-storage for her clothes, and survived on a tight budget for food.
As she discussed the heartbreaking experience, the star could barely contain her tears and her voice broke as she said: 'On the outside everything looked great and fine, but I was actually sleeping in my car.'
