But the hair was just a Parisian trick: she was wearing a wig styled by Shay Ashual.
Still fans lost it over her ‘Annie style gone Moulin Rouge’ as another said, ‘That ain’t the Miley I know.’
The Flowers artist was in high-end couture from Balenciaga and Maison Valentino for the artsy shoot that took place at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood.
‘I’ve always been who I wanted to be. It’s by staying true to who you are that you can stand out from the crowd,’ the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus told the publication.
‘The last five years have been pivotal. Since 2021, I’ve kept evolving, but without struggle,’ revealed the ex of Liam Hemsworth.
‘I have always followed two methods in my life: the one where I control everything, and the one where I let fate take its course,’ noted the Party In The USA songbird.
‘While magic could work in both cases, I decided to stop being stubborn, to stop what could happen and therefore, by doing so, to stop myself.’
Cyrus also named the person who has inspired her music: it’s her mother Tish Cyrus.

There was also talk of Beyonce whom she did a duet with on stage at the Stade de France on June 19.
‘Beyoncé is definitely the best, period. She gave me a bracelet that I never take off…,’ said the star.
‘And trust me, I know how to use it when I need to. If someone tells me I was wrong or did this or that wrong, I say, “Well, you know what, it doesn’t matter. Beyoncé gave me this bracelet, look!”’
