Cheshire-born Lauren Hough is thought to take her name from the scandalous 1955 Vladimir Nabokov novel Lolita about a middle-aged professor obsessed with an underage girl.
The unlikely friendship between Zac, 49, and Lauren – and their 21-year age gap – was revealed as they enjoyed a coffee in London last week.

A friend last night insisted they were ‘genuinely nothing more than friends’. And a source added: ‘Zac has no shortage of female friends to spend time with. Lilita is the latest, but he is adamant they are just good friends.’
Twice-divorced Zac follows Lauren’s social media accounts, including a page for her spiritual sound therapy and meditation business, Lilitium, where she ‘channels ancestral and angelic light language’ by using healing crystal sound bowls as instruments.
He also follows her personal Instagram page where she shares snaps in a variety of sultry poses wearing skimpy dresses and bikinis.
Friends said Lauren met Zac while working as a waitress at Notting Hill’s now defunct members-only club Laylow.
She now works shifts as a bar girl at the Chiltern Firehouse, an A-list celebrity haunt in Marylebone.

Last year Ellie promised Caspar she would cut contact with Zac but, despite their best efforts to keep their distance, the pair routinely find themselves reconnecting.
