Shirley MacLaine was pictured Sunday grabbing a bite at the Malibu, California establishment Kristy’s Village Cafe, a favorite destination where she’s been seen on multiple occasions.
The Oscar-winning actress, 90, was clad in a gray hooded zip-up sweatshirt over a light blue shirt with a graphic of a New Mexico general store.
The Richmond, Virginia-born film star donned gray pants and red shoes and wore black-rimmed glasses, while toting a small black purse.
MacLaine was seen with a male friend who helped her walk as they made their way outside the establishment, which overlooks Zuma Beach.
The Tinseltown stalwart is partial to the oceanfront eatery, as she’s been seen there on multiple occasions, including earlier this month on Independence Day.

MacLaine, who’s been seen in motion pictures such as Steel Magnolias, Postcards from the Edge and The Turning Point, celebrated a milestone 90th birthday earlier this year.
MacLaine, who’s the older sister of fellow show business icon Warren Beatty, told People that she was thankful that she could ‘keep working,’ noting that, ‘I have my friends and I am really healthy.’
MaClaine is preparing for the release of a new book titled The Wall of Life this fall, which will be a collection of more than 150 pictures and stories.
‘I have lived a wonderful life and I wanted to share it,’ MacLaine said of the project, which is slated to be released October 22. ‘All of the photos brought back such wonderful memories.’
MaClaine told the outlet that she was inspired to compile a book after setting up a collage of images on a wall in her Malibu home more than four decades back.
‘About 45 years ago, I put ten or so framed photographs of friends and family and people I’ve worked with all grouped together on a living room wall,’ MacLaine told the outlet. ‘Everyone who came over loved to look at this montage, and so The Wall of Life was born.
‘I’m pleased to share a selection of these photos – and some of the stories behind them – in this book.’
Among the topics in the book include growing up with Beatty; honing her craft on Broadway; being a parent; and her experiences with late personalities such as Frank Sinatra and Bette Davis.

In the interview, MacLaine credited more than six decades of dancing for a number of lessons she’s taken throughout her life.
‘I started my dance training at age three and stopped at about 67,’ MacLaine said. It taught me discipline, loving music, working with people and dealing with pain.’
MacLaine won the Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her work in 1983’s Terms of Endearment.
Prior to that, she had been nominated on five previous occasions: For 1977’s The Turning Point, 1975’s The Other Half of the Sky: A China Memoir, 1963’s Irma la Douce, 1960’s The Apartment and 1958’s Some Came Running.
