Video producers from Starship Entertainment have since released a statement revealing they had no idea that Shiloh, who auditioned with a dance crew, is the child of famous parents.
'We held an open audition in the United States of America to cast performers for Dayoung's music video. Among those who took part were several performers affiliated with a dance crew called Culture,' the company told Maeil Business Newspaper Star Today.
'Shiloh was selected in the final round and ended up joining Dayoung’s music video.
'Even after filming, we had no idea she was the child of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, and only found out by chance quite recently,' the note continued.

On Thursday the 19-year-old dancer made a cameo in a teaser for the song What's A Girl To Do, out April 7
The teaser, just 30 seconds long, showed Shiloh joining the music artist and other dancers as they performed choreography together.
It comes nearly two years after her attorney made a statement about her 'significant decision' to drop her father's last name.

In addition to Shiloh, exes Jolie and Pitt share sons Maddox, 24, Pax, 22, daughter Zahara, 21, and fraternal twins Vivienne and Knox, 17.
Zahara and Vivienne also dropped Pitt from their monikers, though it's unclear if Vivienne made the change legally.
It was reported in 2024 that Pitt has 'virtually no contact' with his older children.

One month after Shiloh filed to drop his last name, a source revealed to People that Pitt's relationship with his other kids remained strained.
'He has virtually no contact with the adult kids. His engagement with the younger kids is more limited in recent months because of his filming schedule,' the insider shared at the time.
