Love Island’s Shaughna Phillips joked she looked like ‘gammon’ this week after slipping back into skimpy swimwear from her time on the ITV show.
The reality star, 30, who appeared on the series in 2020, showcased her dramatic weight loss as she took to Instagram after uncovering a suitcase full of villa outfits her mum had saved.
Telling followers: ‘I mean, firstly, I can’t believe some of these things I actually kept, because I thought they was nice! Like screaming, shaking, throwing up’.
Shaughna tried on a very revealing strapless yellow once piece with numerous cut outs that left very little to the imagination.
The mother-of-one concluded that the outfit was so raunchy it may even lead to the video being pulled down by Instagram for nudity.

Writing: ‘LOVE ISLAND TRY ON HAUL – PART 1, If you didn’t see my stories the other day, I came across an unpacked suitcase from Love Island’
‘I thought I’d try it on for the bants, and although I have no idea what my fashion sense is these days, I’m glad it’s evolved from this’
‘P.s can I just add a disclaimer as I’m recently getting so many comments about my weight loss. If you feel like I’m being quiet about how I’ve done it or ignoring questions, I promise I’m not’.
‘There has been SUCH a huge reaction to it, and you all deserve the best step by step I can possibly give you, just give me time, I promise it will be worth it’.
‘Also for the odd few, please remember I’m still a person, the way I’m spoken to and about in my comments and in my DMs sometimes is genuinely shocking, and if I can kindly ask you to maybe just talk about me in your groupchats instead of where I can actually see it that would be great lol’.

Back in May, Shaughna showcased her weight loss in white underwear and a cropped grey T-shirt as she posed for an Instagram snap.
She admitted she had ‘shocked’ herself with her progress as she shared before and after comparison photos documenting the dramatic change.
The reality TV personality also included the original live version of the aftershot to prove she hadn’t edited or altered the image.
She admitted she is ‘feeling proud of herself’ because she is in a much ‘better place physically, and mentally’ after focusing on her health for the last seven months.
Shaughna wrote: ‘So this has been happening… I’ll be honest even I’m shocked.
‘So glad I’ve been taking pictures because honestly, when I look in the mirror, I don’t see any difference, your mind is your biggest enemy sometimes!
‘And although being accused of editing your pictures when you actually haven’t is the biggest compliment EVER.

She also tried on an equally skimpy ruffled mini dress

Shaughna failed to find love in villa and was dumped shortly before the final
‘I haven’t edited the pic on the right, so I thought I’d include the actual Live Photo just for any doubters.
‘I’ve been trying for a while to get into a better place with my health, mental and physical, so I must admit I am feeling bloody proud of myself today.
‘I’ve spoken openly about struggling with my body image since I was a little girl (breaks my heart to even say that), so to be told I was seriously overweight at a doctors appointment wasn’t great.
‘This hasn’t been overnight, and I still have a way to go. The truth is, there has been weeks where I have found it so easy, and then there’s been months when I’ve seen no change, so I’m really trying to find what works for me, and I think I’m nearly there.
‘Today definitely feels like a win. Although I only have one pair of jeans that fit me now so my bank card is taking it as a loss’.
Shaughna revealed in the comments it took her seven months to lose the weight, so she has done it sensibly and slowly as she replied to fans who were amazed by her transformation.
She wrote: ‘It’s taken me 7 months so far, still got a bit to lose so I’ll estimate probably a year until I’ve lost what I want to x’
Shaughna previously revealed that she was left ‘shaken to her core’ after visiting her GP for a health check.

The TV star’s health kick comes after she revealed she was told she was obese by doctors, one year after she welcomed Lucia, 18-months

She has said she is now in a much ‘better place physically, and mentally’ after focusing on her health for the last 7 months (pictured in March)

The reality TV personality had been sharing lots of honest images of her body on social media
The TV star revealed that a year after giving birth to her daughter Lucia she had been told she is now obese.
In a candid post shared to Instagram, Shaughna revealed during an entire body MOT check, she was told she had ‘quite a lot of visceral fat around her main organs’.
This can lead to an array of potentially serious health problems in the future, such as heart attacks, diabetes and some cancers, according to Health Direct.
Speaking to her 1.4million followers, she said: ‘It’s been a year since I had a baby, so I wanted to see where I stood post-birth.
‘They told me that I was obese, which isn’t a shock, but it’s never nice to hear. Following some of the check-ups, they said I had quite a lot of visceral fat around my organs.
‘Now, I’m no Gillian McKeith, I’m not going to tell you what that means because I don’t really know.
‘It’s basically fat around your main organs, which is serious because it can cause heart attacks.’
‘I’m a mum now and it shook me to my core, because I know I’m not the picture of health, but I didn’t realise things were that bad and it’s kind of scary to hear it from a medical professional.’
