There was nothing basic about Sharon Stone’s outfit in Milan yesterday, as the actress led the front row glamour in a striking leather waistcoat and matching trousers.
Ms Stone wore the tan ensemble as she attended Italian designer Tod’s show as guest of honour.
The Basic Instinct icon, 65, accessorised her two piece with a pair of brown almond-toe heels, a gold coin necklace and statement chunky chain.
Milan’s front row has been packed with A-listers this year. Earlier this week Demi Moore joined Naomi Watts and Gwendoline Christie at the Fendi show, while Benedict Cumberbatch and Emma Watson appeared at Prada.

Ms Roberts, 55, wore an oversized grey blazer and baggy shorts with a silvery knit underneath – all thought to be by the label.
Following the show she was seen talking to Salma Hayek’s husband Francois-Henri Pinault, who is the chief executive of Kering – the multinational corporation that owns Gucci. Also in attendance at Gucci was Normal People star Daisy Edgar-Jones who wore a classic little black dress with a deep v-shaped neckline.
Sat alongside her was South Korean actress Park Gyu-Young who opted for a shiny red jacket and blue jeans. Barbie actor Ryan Gosling, 42, swapped his character Ken’s pastel shades for a Gucci leather jacket, finishing the look with a pair of tortoiseshell sunglasses.

Ms Watson. 33, completed her look with a white Prada Arque recycled nylon and leather shoulder bag costing £1,610
He has previously fronted a campaign for the Italian fashion house. Ms Watson took full advantage of fashion week, as she joined the Prada after-party following Thursday’s catwalk show.
She made a quick change into a plunging silver mini-dress – one of Prada’s own – and matching heels for her night out.
Ms Watson. 33, completed her look with a white Prada Arque recycled nylon and leather shoulder bag costing £1,610 – the same model as the black one she had taken with her to the show earlier in the day.
She wore a black £1,750 chain strap frock to the Prada presentation, where she was joined by a host of celebrities who also included actress Scarlett Johansson and Vogue editor-in-chief Dame Anna Wintour.
