Sharon Osbourne displayed her dramatic weight loss as she stepped out in London on Wednesday night.
The television personality, 70, headed out after revealing she goes at least three days a week without eating.
It comes after Sharon revealed in June she had lost over two stone after using the controversial weight loss jab Ozempic.
Sharon wore an oversized black blazer which sheathed over her slender frame as she left her five-star hotel.
She teamed the look with a tight white T-shirt, gold heels and a matching metallic clutch bag.

Sharon was seen after she admitted she goes days without food in The Osbournes Podcast.
In a clip shared exclusively with DailyMail.com, the former X Factor judge and her children Kelly, 38, and Jack, 37, were discussing with guest star Jason Kennedy how quickly the world could descend into chaos if people went without nine meals in a row.
Jack explained: ‘If you have something that someone wants, they’ll kill you for it. You know how far away we are as a society from complete and utter breakdowns? Nine meals.
‘When you break it down, you are nine meals away from complete and utter breakdown. That’s three days of breakfast, lunch and dinner. That goes away for people, they go three days without eating, they will murder each other, their neighbors, everything.’
Sharon then replied: ‘God, I do that every week. At least three days without eating.’
‘That’s called intermittent fasting,’ Kennedy replied.
Research into the health benefits of intermittent fasting – eating within a certain time window – has piled up with experts including Megan Ramos and Dr Fung extolling its benefits for reversing type 2 diabetes, burning excess body fat, extending a person’s lifespan, staving off heart disease, and even preventing cognitive decline associated with dementia.
Sharon discussed her weight during a recent interview on Talk TV’s Piers Morgan Uncensored, admitting: ‘I didn’t want to go this thin.’
Sharon, who lost weight over the course of fourth months while using the jabs, said she felt nauseous everyday and insisted it was not a ‘quick fix’.

She has since stopped using the drug, and told Piers: ‘It’s just time to stop, I didn’t actually want to go this thin but it just happened. I’ll probably put it all on again soon!’
Speaking previously to E! News, Sharon explained: ‘In my life, the heaviest I was, 230 pounds and I’m now under a hundred. And I want to maintain at about 105 because I’m too skinny. But I’m trying to have a healthy balance.’
During a discussion on the controversial injections on The Talk in June, Sharon shared her first-hand experience of the drugs.
‘It is a mental problem. It really is, apart from, you know, when children grow up in a household where they live off chips and pies,’ she said.
‘But I took [the injection]. I took it for four months and I lost 30 pounds, but like everything, there’s always no quick recipe.’
She continued: ‘I was very sick for a couple of months. The first couple of months, I just felt nauseous. Every day I felt nauseous, my stomach was upset, whatever.
‘But listen, I took it for four months, I lost 30 pounds. I’ve just shoved two chips in my mouth, while we had the break, and I eat normally now, and I haven’t put on a pound. Nothing.’

Elsewhere, Sharon spoke out about undergoing her most recent cosmetic surgery after a previous facelift had left her looking like ‘Quasimodo’.
The former music manager has been open about her fondness for aesthetic tweaks over the years, but hasn’t denied having regrets.
‘There’s not one part of my body that I haven’t had twisted, lifted, elongated, whatever,’ she told the Daily Star.
‘I’ve been messed up many times. This last one was a kind of fix-it job from the guy that did it before.
‘I looked like Quasimodo, because I had one eye here, one eye there. It was wicked.’
The mother-of-three previously confirmed that the disastrous facelift took place in October 2021, and took five and a half hours.
