The reality TV personality, 72, cut a smart figure in a white blazer which she layered over a black blouse and trousers.
Sharon, who is known for her love of surgery, showed off her smooth visage and seemingly plumper lips – which could simply be an illusion from artful make-up.
Styling her signature red tresses loose, the star accessorised the ensemble with a pair of round glasses and dazzling drop earrings.
The former X Factor judge — who was among the first celebrities to publicly confirm using the diabetes drug Ozempic after starting the medication over two years ago — completed her look with a pair of white shoes.

Despite feeling ‘frustrated,’ she said she was ‘satisfied’ with the way she looks now.
‘I can’t put on weight now, and I don’t know what it’s done to my metabolism, but I just can’t seem to put any on, because I think I went too far,’ she shared on Howie Mandel’s podcast.
In February, she told The Guardian she had lost ‘three stone [42 pounds] in four months. Too much.’
Osbourne recently told DailyMail.com that she hasn’t regained any of the weight she lost while taking the drug and admitted she’s been left feeling ‘frustrated’ by the lingering effects.
‘Now, I weigh just over 7 stone. I need to put on 10 pounds, but however much I eat, I stay the same weight,’ she said.
‘I’ve had enough,’ she continued. ‘I’ve given up on all interventions. I couldn’t have much more facial surgery — there’s not that much skin left to stretch, pull or cut. And I won’t have any more fillers or Botox.
‘I don’t think I’ll ever be happy with the way I look,’ she added. ‘But I’m now satisfied. It’s taken years for me to say this but I’ve learned my lesson. This is me. It’s finally time to leave well alone.’
