Shannon Noll has whipped his fans into a frenzy by sharing a jaw-dropping photo which captured him flaunting his heavily muscled gym-toned body.
The Australian Idol star, 49, posted the eye-popping selfie to social media, which showed him flexing his bulging biceps and toned upper arms as he posed in a grey singlet.
The hitmaker looked focused as he proudly flaunted his buff frame and provided fans with an intimate look at his heavily tattooed shoulders.
He revealed in the comments he was training at the gym after the holiday season.
‘Getting a bit back after an awesome festive season! #trainhardlivehard,’ he wrote.
Many of Shannon’s fans quickly took to the comment section to gush over the breathtaking picture.

‘Far out Nollsy, you’re lookin’ as solid as a Datsun ute in a head-on with a kangaroo,’ one person wrote.
‘Looking huge mate, better keep you away from the missus,’ a second user added.
‘Them’s the arms you build when you carry the Aussie Idol franchise for 20 years,’ a third person joked.
Last year, Shannon revealed the moment he decided to transform his lifestyle and physical appearance.
The Lift singer told Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie in April that he started hitting the gym after realising he was ‘getting fat-skinny’.
‘I’ve been back in the gym for a good eighteen months now,’ he said.
Host Ryan Fitzgerald asked: ‘Was there a catalyst for that? A moment where you went, “You know what I’m not happy with the way I’m living my life and I need to change”?’
‘Yeah, I started getting fat-skinny mate, because I’m naturally skinny anyway, I’ve got skinny legs. If I don’t train and drink… end up looking like E.T.,’ Shannon said.

‘You get the beer gut,’ Fitzy responded.
Shannon agreed, adding: ‘That’s right… I couldn’t have that so I thought I have to get back in the gym. I train really hard and try to watch what I eat when I’m training.’
His admission came after he and Cosima De Vito addressed rumours they were embroiled in a feud after their stints on Australian Idol.
The singers rose to fame on the first ever series of the talent show in 2003, making it all the way to the final three alongside Guy Sebastian, who was ultimately crowned the winner.
Cosima placed third after being forced to quit the competition due to throat nodules threatening to damage her voice, leaving the fans rooting for her devastated.
At the time, viewers speculated whether Cosima secured more votes than Shannon despite her departure for her health, prompting wild rumours of a rift between them.
However, more than 20 years on, the pair have firmly denied that there was ever any bad blood between them as they reunited to duet on Shannon’s album, That’s What I’m Talking About.
Shannon parlayed his early Australian Idol fame into a successful recording and touring career, that has seen him release six studio albums.
He has also enjoyed ten ARIA top-ten singles including chart-toppers What About Me, Learn To Fly, and Shine.
