Sex Expert Unveils Secret London Boyfriend!

sex expert Dr Tara Suwinyattichaiporn has opened up about her non-conventional open marriage - and revealed that she has a secret boyfriend in London. 

The sexologist, 37, who joined the E4 dating show in 2023, tied the knot with American oil painter Brent Estabrook in 2023. 

In the past, Dr Tara has been honest and open about their relationship, describing their marriage as 'monogamish' - which allows them both to 'play sexually' with other people. 

She's now spoken out about their dynamic even more, confessing that she is now in a relationship with another man as well, who she bumped into at a bar. 

Dr Tara, who lives in , , but is in the UK regularly because of work, recently told The Sun: 'I now have my husband in LA and my boyfriend in London. 

'We were joking about how my husband drops me off at the airport in LA and then my boyfriend picks me up at the airport in London.'  

She told the publication: 'But me dating him is very different from me dating my husband and they’re both my partners, I love both of them.

'I actually now go back and forth between LA and London.

'So I’ve been coming here a lot even outside of filming Celebs Go Dating because he’s here as well, we spend a lot of time together.

'I would say I spent half my time with my husband, half my time with my boyfriend here.' 

She previously told OK! Magazine that her husband wasn't keen on the idea of an open relationship, but they managed to figure out what works well for them. 

Dr Tara told the publication: 'You have to know yourself really well, know what would trigger you and your partner, and what you can and can’t do.

'Red flags would be, for example, no kissing strangers, because that can be seen as more romantic. 

'No sleeping with close friends is another – I think that would be pretty awkward if you had to see them later. 

'And always using protection. 

'Personally, I don’t like to see the same person multiple times, because you could grow an emotional attachment. 

'But for some of my clients, they see the same person regularly.'

The 15th series of the dating show returns to our screens on 4 May 2026. 

Dr Tara will be returning to our screens alongside Anna Williamson and Paul Carrick Brunson to guide the stars with finding love. 

The famous faces taking part this year are Coleen Nolan, David Potts, Gabby Allen, James Haskell, Lucinda Light, PK Humble and Professor Green. 

Speaking about this year's cast, Dr Tara said: 'To be honest with you, I didn't know any of them prior to coming here.

'I know that they are very famous faces here, but across the pond, I wasn't super aware of their work until I came here.

'And then I learned about them and I have so much respect for all of them and what they do and the experiences that they've gone through. 

'But when I first saw the lineup, I was really ecstatic about the age representation and also people with different abilities, representing neurodivergence and people who have had experiences with different sexualities and polyamory and so forth. 

'So I was excited about that.' 

When asked if anyone had shocked her, she added: 'I would say someone that the person who really shocked us, like our jaws were on the floor the whole time has been PK.

'He has got a roster of women and I'm not down with that. He's from a good family. He's a sweet boy. He's respectful to us.

'So I think he has learnt a lot and is revealing himself to be a very actually sensitive and kind person. 

'He just needs to show that more towards women and on dates.'
