Selma Blair, who has multiple sclerosis, hit the 2024 Fashion Trust Awards red carpet without any assistance on Tuesday in Beverly Hills.
The 51-year-old actress appeared to be feeling well enough to walk the step-and-repeat without her trusty canine Scout.
Selma also was not holding onto a cane, which she has done many times in the past during high-profile events.
The Legally Blonde actress wore a black, double-breasted blazer dress for the occasion. She showed off her toned legs in the ensemble, which she rounded out with open-toe, beaded, black high heels.
Blair’s short, bleach blonde hair was slicked back and she wore a puka shell statement necklace with a large gold pendant attached.

Selma accessorized further as she carried a coordinating box-shaped, gold clutch.
The mother-of-one looked beautiful in a light face of makeup that highlighted her features with soft blush and a pale lip stain.
Selma has previously revealed that her dog is trained to provide her with physical assistance if she suffers a ‘spasm’ from her condition.
The star spoke about Scout in a May 2022 interview with People, explaining that she brought him into her life for a sense of stability.
‘I’m a single mom, and I am alone a lot with my kid, and I wanted legitimate support,’ she said.
The Cruel Intentions star shares son Arthur, 13, with her fashion designer ex-boyfriend, Jason Bleick.
Selma welcomed the Labrador retriever at the tail end of 2021 and told Entertainment Tonight: ‘The thing is, I pass out a lot.
‘It’s part of the reason I have Scout and it doesn’t mean I lose consciousness [or] it’s a whole ambulance experience — it’s something [wherein] I lose my vision, gravity pulls me down and I’m very disoriented and gone for a spell.’

Selma told People: ‘It’s a big undertaking, and he’s still young, not yet two, but he’s a tremendous gift.
‘He’s with me all the time. If I fall into a big [muscle] spasm or have some trouble moving and need to recalibrate, he can get between my legs, help me get up, and balance me.’
She added about having the helpful pup: ‘It’s given me a lot of independence.
‘My son, when he goes to his dad’s, he loves knowing Scout is by my side. And I didn’t realize he had concerns about my mobility or safety.’
