is leaving the show after four years of 'toxic' and 'overly contrived dramatic circumstances,' her representative told People.
The 40-year-old real estate agent had been reevaluating her time spent on the docu-soap since she got into a major shouting match with costar on the season nine premiere in October 2025.
The fight occurred over a group dinner during which — which she denied — and Young made a controversial comment about Stause's father and mother, both of whom had died from in 2019 and 2020, respectively.
Young had worked as an agent for The Oppenheim Group for about eight years before joining the show for season six, and her spokesperson said her portrayal was 'rather disheartening to observe.'
She did not get along with most of the Selling Sunset cast members, especially Stause.

'Nicole was consistently placed in situations which required her to remain on the defensive, often within what can only be described as unnecessarily toxic and overly contrived dramatic circumstances,' her representative told the outlet.
While on the show, Young was repeatedly caught in the 'persistent position of having to defend both her character and her intentions.'
Young concluded that 'she felt she was no longer being represented authentically,' her representative said, adding that it was 'entirely Nicole’s decision' to leave the show.
