Selena Gomez Lists $6.5M Bachelorette Pad

has listed her bachelorette pad in Encino, for $6.49 million.

The property used to be owned by I Won't Back Down singer Tom Petty, who sold it in 2017 just a few months before his death at age 66 in Malibu.

The 33-year-old Only Murders In The Building actress purchased the 11,000 square foot property which boasts six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms for $4.89 million in 2020. 

The home is where she and was also the location for her Rare Beauty makeup video tutorials. 

This comes after she snapped up a sprawling Beverly Hills mansion with husband , 38, for an eye-watering $35 million in December 2024.

According to property records seen by Realtor.com, she listed the home on May 1. The story was first reported by TMZ. 

The 'private celebrity compound' is the epitome of elegance and 'evokes a magical vision of romance, inspiration, and tranquility,' as per the listing.

'Formerly home to music icon Tom Petty and superstar Selena Gomez, this spectacular estate offers distinctive architecture ,' the listing added.

There is a gourmet chef's kitchen, wine cellar, gym, massage room, creative work area, kitchen, vocal booth, den, and guest suite.

'The front entry opens to the living room, immediately setting the stage with sophisticated architecture and soaring ceilings. 

'The home includes a family room, formal dining room, and a sprawling kitchen,' the listing reads.

The property was custom built in 1989 for Petty but has since undergone extensive renovations.

The inside of the house has a charming feel with plenty of beamed ceilings that are high. 

The entire house is painted white and has large windows that lend an airy, beachy cottage vibe. 

There is also a swimming pool with hot tub and an outdoor covered barbecue area that could seat at least 10 people.

It  is a seven-bedroom, 12-bathroom home with a big main residence and two separate guesthouses. One guesthouse has a studio and the other a home theater.

The former owner is a famous Hollywood director, according to TMZ, which first reported the news of the sale.

The property was last sold in August 2021 for $30.7 million.
