Miles Teller, Leighton Meester and her husband Adam Brody were among many A-list stars who lost their homes in the apocalyptic Pacific Palisades wildfire last January.

Teller’s $7.5M Pacific Palisades home, where he resided with wife Keleigh Sperry, 33, burnt to the ground in the devastating fire.

The Top Gun star’s, 38, mansion was reduced to rubble like so many others in their idyllic neighborhood.

Brody and Meester’s $6.5M family home in the glitzy celebrity enclave was also reduced to a smoking wreck.

And on the one-year anniversary of the disaster, little visible progress has been made at either property, as the oceanside community of Pacific Palisades remains flattened, with many homes still left with just a foundation or an empty plot of land.

Photos of Teller’s home taken on Tuesday, January 6, show that it has been cleared of debris, revealing a foundation that still has signs of fire damage.

The foundation appeared more intact than before, though it’s unclear if that’s simply due to the debris being cleared or if any rebuilding work has actually begun.

Images of Brody, 46, and Meester’s, 39, home revealed a similar scenario, with just a foundation now visible.

Teller and his wife bought their 6,600 square foot, Cape Cod style villa in April 2023 and it was located between the Palisades Bluffs and Palisades Village.

They paid $7.5 million for the home that was built in 2015 and had three stories with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Last year his wife Keleigh uploaded devastating before and after photos of their house.

‘Snapped this driving out,’ the actress wrote on social media on one image.

The photo was a final look at their house, with an ominous plume of dark smoke behind it.

A couple of cars were left parked in the driveway as the pair made a hasty exit from the neighborhood where they had lived since 2023.

While discussing the devastating experience on an episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Teller revealed that he and his wife ‘grabbed very little’ of their belongings before their home was reduced to ashes.

‘We never thought that it was going to come where we were. It’s very residential,’ he explained.

‘We weren’t surrounded by any brush or anything. It truly is just all, it’s a neighborhood. So many families and family-owned businesses.’

He said that they received mandatory evacuation order two hours after they first saw the fire from their window.

‘We were watching it on TV as it’s happening and people are abandoning cars. At that point people were already grabbing their kids and running down the street. It was pretty chaotic,’ he shared.

Among the few things Teller grabbed was his late grandfather’s watch. His grandfather had passed away just a couple of weeks before.

And on Christmas, Teller brought wife to tears with a sentimental gift. He had her wedding dress recreated after it was destroyed in the fire.

The model said she was so moved by the gesture that she ‘almost passed out’ and ‘had to sit.’
