The split between Party of Five star Scott Wolf and Kelley Wolf continues to get nastier.
The 57-year-old star on Tuesday filed court documents in Utah asking for a restraining order against his estranged wife, 48, entering a declaration.
The Boston-born actor’s brother Michael Wolf also entered a declaration in the matter, US Weekly reported after reviewing court docs.
‘It’s so sad for the kids, but Kelley is ready to fight like hell for her children,’ an insider close to Kelley, a mental health professional, told the outlet.
The source added: ‘It is not warranted, it’s cruel. And it’s incorrect.’
Wolf, who has also been seen in films such as Go, The Night Shift, Emmett’s Mark and Inside Game, is father to three kids with his estranged spouse: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.

Wolf on June 9 submit to the court documents indicating his desire to divorce Kelley, who he exchanged vows with in 2004.
Wolf appeared alongside Neve Campbell, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Matthew Fox and Lacey Chabert on the screen on the popular Fox series Party of Five from 1994 thru 2000.
Wolf portrayed Bailey Salinger, who was forced to grow up and help raise his family as they deal with life after their parents’ deaths. Hewitt was featured as Sarah Reeves Merrin, his sensitive off-and-on girlfriend from high school.
Wolf has also worked on shows such as Nancy Drew and Perception.
