Scott McCristal's lavish waterfront pad left Gia Fleur unimpressed during Homestay Week on Monday's Married At First Sight.

And now new details have emerged about the sprawling two-level three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on Queensland's Gold Coast after the feisty bride ripped it to shreds.

Located in the ritzy suburb of Hollywell, 15km from the CBD, the ultra-modern, chic abode last went under the hammer for $1.6 million in December 2025.

Scott, 32, has not confirmed whether he owns the property, which is estimated to be worth a whopping $1,144 a week on the rental market.

Nestled inside the prestigious Port Meirion Marine Village, Scott's home boasts stunning ocean views and top-class appointments, including herringbone timber floors and an open-plan stone kitchen.

There's also a massive walk-in wardrobe dressing room, which Gia claimed was 'too small' for her needs.

Other highlights are twin stone vanities, double monsoon showers and a large tub - which also failed to hit the spot with Gia.

Amenities include a BBQ area, a full-size tennis court, a large pool and direct access to the Broadwater frontage.

There is also a private balcony overlooking the water, a home office and alfresco entertainment area.

Still, none of this appeared to find favour with Gia, who was seen unleashing one criticism after another as soon as she entered the businessman's spotless flat.

From Scott's decorating choices to his standard of cleanliness, the nightmare bride was relentless in her complaints.

But it was the discovery of a pink neck pillow that led to an uneasy homestay for the pair.

Gia became instantly suspicious of Scott's earlier claim that he had never hosted a female in his sprawling home after finding the travel accessory in the wardrobe.

Questioning its colour, Gia later termed the neck pillow as a 'woman thing'.

Fans took to social media to support Scott after Gia ripped the flat to shreds on Monday's episode of MAFS. Pictured: One of three bedrooms
