Savannah Chrisley said she was supposed to join Charlie Kirk on his college campus speaking tour in October.
The 28-year-old reality TV personality shared an emotional TikTok video late Wednesday night as she mourned her late friend.
The conservative political activist was fatally shot earlier that day during a speaking engagement at Utah Valley University in Orem. He was 31.
The event was the first stop on Kirk’s American Comeback Tour, which was supposed to travel to college campuses across the U.S. through September and October.
‘Today’s been a tough day,’ she said in the video as tears rolled down her face before adding that she was preparing to join him on his speaking tour next month.
She said Kirk had supported her as she worked to free her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, from prison over the last two and a half years.

Her mother and father were convicted of tax evasion and bank and wire fraud in 2022.
They were released from prison upon receiving a presidential pardon from President Donald Trump in May of this year.
She said: ‘The past two and a half years of my life have been some of the hardest years I’ve ever had to endure.
‘But in those two and a half years, I’ve met so many people, great people and lifelong friends,’ she continued. ‘And one of those people that brought me into their world was Charlie Kirk.’
She also shared her support for his family and expressed her condolences to Kirk’s wife, Erika Frantzve.
Chrisley described her as ‘one of the kindest, most loving human beings I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing.’
She then added: ‘I was supposed to be sitting next to Charlie every weekend in October.’
‘This is tough. Pray for Charlie, pray for his parents, his children, his entire family. Erika, my heart is with you. I love you.’

‘I am numb. I can’t believe I’m even writing these words,’ she wrote.
‘Charlie Kirk changed my life…he brought me into the Turning Point family this past year, and I was supposed to be standing next to him at every college this October. Instead, I sit here with a broken heart, devastated beyond words.’
She wrote about how Kirk ‘believed in me and in my family when the world turned its back’ before adding that he ‘changed’ her and her family’s lives.
‘Take politics out of it…Charlie was a young man, a husband, and a father. He had so much life left to live. My heart aches for Erika and their children. No words will ever be enough to fill the space his love once held.’
According to the American Comeback Tour website, Kirk was next meant to visit Colorado State University on September 18.
The website lists October dates at college campuses across the U.S. in Indiana, Louisiana, Montana, Mississippi, and North Dakota.
