Savannah Chrisley plans to use weight-loss drugs to help shed the 25lbs she’s been wanting to lose.
On Tuesday’s episode of her Unlocked podcast, the reality TV star, 28, told her mom Julie, 52, that her goal is to be ‘skinny’ after struggling with her ‘fluctuating’ weight.
‘My weight has always fluctuated. Always. Like right now, I am almost 160lbs. Probably more than that,’ the 5foot7inch star revealed, adding that she would prefer to weigh around 135lbs.
Chrisley admitted that she had previously tried weight-loss injections but struggled to stay consistent with them due to how the drug affected her appetite.
‘That’s the hard part. So when I’m on the shot and I can’t eat, I’m like, “Ugh, I really love food.”‘
But this go around, Chrisley is committed to reaching her goal weight and is planning to use a different GLP-1 injection known as tirzepatide.

‘I want to start back [on] my shot,’ she said, adding that her healthcare company, Good Girl RX, is ‘now selling tirzepatide.’
She told fans that she recently got her bloodwork done ‘to see where all my markers are’ before starting back up on the injections.Â
Tirzepatide, which is sold under the brand names Mounjaro and Zepbound, is injected once weekly and must be administered on the same day each week.Â
According to the Mayo Clinic, the medication is intended to treat type 2 diabetes but it is also ‘used to help lose weight and keep the weight off in patients with obesity caused by certain conditions.’
Chrisley said she chose to go the tirzepatide route because it ‘doesn’t give me all the side effects’ that other weight-loss jabs like Ozempic ‘give people.’
‘I love tirzepatide, which is great. … So then I can compare my bloodwork before taking it and after taking it and see where my biological age is, how my A1C is, all those things,’ she explained.
She added that her and her mom Julie are ‘doing it together’ this time, with Julie revealing that she hopes to lose 20lbs.
Chrisley said she believes people are entitled to feel ‘good’ in their bodies and that her ultimate goal is to get ‘skinny.’
On Tuesday’s episode of her Unlocked podcast , the reality TV star, 28, told her mom Julie, 52, that her goal is to be ‘skinny’ after struggling with her ‘fluctuating’ weight
Back in July, Chrisley (seen left in 2023 and right in 2019) admitted to previously getting liposuction after gaining 40lbs amid her battle with endometriosis
‘I want to be skinny. I want people to be like, “Is she ok?”‘ she joked. ‘I mean, not that skinny because I don’t wanna lose my a**.
‘But I want to be pretty thin because now when I put on some of my jeans, I don’t like it when I go to put on a pair of jeans and they don’t fit…,’ she explained, before bluntly adding, ‘I’ve got to lose some [pounds].’Â
Once she begins her latest round of GLP-1 shots, Chrisley said she plans to share progress photos with her Good Girl RX community.
‘I’m gonna start that so everyone can follow along.’Â
Chrisley’s weight-loss jab confession comes just months after she revealed for the first time that she underwent liposuction to slim down her figure.
During a candid sit-down with her plastic surgeon, Dr. Charlie Galanis, on a July episode of Unlocked, Chrisley said she made the decision after gaining 40lbs amid her battle with endometriosis.
Endometriosis is a condition characterized by tissue that normally lines the uterus growing elsewhere in the body. 1 in 10 women experience it.
‘I was going through all kinds of s***t with my endometriosis,’ she recalled about what prompted her to go under the knife.

‘I had taken this medication and I gained 40 pounds in like three months. It was crazy. And I had to do this like campaign shoot and I hated how I looked.’Â
The Chrisley Knows Best alum didn’t say exactly when she had her liposuction, but noted that it was ‘a while ago,’ while adding that it ‘happened fast,’ taking place just one week after her virtual consultation.Â
Post-procedure, Chrisley regained her confidence.
‘Speaking from personal experience, when I got my lipo done, I felt like… when you can look in the mirror and see a difference, it made me want to live healthier,’ she explained.
‘When I saw the results, I was like, oh my gosh. I wanna keep this up.’
And she said she looked like a ‘totally different human being’ afterward.
In the same episode, titled ‘Be Curious, Not Judgmental,’ Chrisley also spoke about the terrible rhinoplasty that left her nose crooked, warning fans that a higher cost doctor doesn’t always translate to better results.Â
In a recent podcast episode, Chrisley spoke about undergoing two rhinoplasties, with the first one needing to be fixed because her nose was ‘crooked’; pictured right in 2024 and left in 2014
‘I got my nose done by a guy in Beverly Hills, and he was known as the “it guy.” I went and got it done and it was literally crooked,’ she detailed.
‘I was like, this does not look good,’ she added before sharing that she went to ‘one of my dad’s friends to fix it.’
Now, she says about her nose, ‘I love it, looks great.’
She then emphasized that ‘just because [plastic surgery] is a certain price or just because [a doctor] has done such and such celebrity],’ doesn’t guarantee a satisfactory procedure.
