Sam Wood Reveals Surprising Items Left by Liam Gallagher at His Rented Home

Sam Wood has unveiled the surprising items Liam Gallagher left behind in his Mornington Peninsula holiday home, after the Oasis frontman, his fiancée and three of his children stayed in the property while touring Melbourne.

Appearing on Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie on Monday, former Bachelor star Sam said it was the first time he and his wife Snezana had ever rented out the house.

‘We’ve never rented our house out before and I got a call from a mate who’s been trying to sort of pester me to rent it out, and he goes, “Look, I know you said no, but this might change your mind”,’ he explained.

It turns out that Liam, 53, wanted to stay at the Victoria home for six nights, leaving Sam in disbelief.

Following his stay, the singer left a hilarious array of items at the former Bachelor star’s place.

‘They’ve left their ice cream in the fridge and books on the mantelpiece, and they signed a couple of posters for me,’ he said.

‘Imagine rolling through IGA in a small beachside town and there’s a Gallagher,’ Wippa hilariously quipped.

What’s more, the British musician left a very full rubbish bin.

‘The recycling bin was chockers! They’ve had a good crack on one of the nights after one of the concerts,’ he added.

When Liam touched down in Melbourne for the Oasis ‘Live ’25’ Aussie tour, he skipped the usual hotel scene and instead opted for the Mount Martha holiday home of former reality star Sam and his wife Snezana.

The $3.6 million property – just an hour from Melbourne on the Mornington Peninsula – boasts four bedrooms, spacious living areas and a mini basketball court – allowing plenty of room for a rock star to unwind between shows.

It features expansive outdoor entertainment areas, a swimming pool and manicured gardens that make the property feel like a resort.

The Mediterranean-style home is also a stone’s throw from the beach and local shops, offering custom-designed interiors, a Caribbean Colonial-inspired kitchen, and stunning bay views.

Having farewelled Melbourne last week, Oasis performed their Sydney shows at the Accor Stadium over the weekend.

Their trip Down Under marks the first time Oasis has toured Australia since 2005.

The band has a huge following in Australia, with two of their albums reaching number one on the ARIA chart and their hit song Wonderwall hitting the top spot in 1996.
