Sunrise weatherman Sam Mac announced in February he will soon welcome his second child with fiancé Rebecca James.
And on Saturday, the 42-year-old Channel Seven presenter celebrated his sweetheart’s birthday with a touching pregnancy photo.
In the picture, shared to his social media, a glowing Rebecca can be seen exposing her growing baby bump as she poses against a sunrise.
But unfortunately, the poignant atmosphere of the snap is spoilt by one awkward detail.
Sam’s reflection was displayed in the window as he snapped the ‘moody’ photo — and it was clear he was wearing nothing but snug-fitting underwear.
Known for his cheeky quips, Sam made the most of his gaffe after sharing the picture to his Instagram on Saturday.
‘Genuinely felt I’d nailed the perfect moody pregnancy shot…until I had a closer look,’ the Sunrise weatherman joked in the caption, before adding a tribute to his beloved wife-to-be.

The Sunrise weatherman shared the good news in an Instagram post alongside a photo of his love flashing her diamond engagement ring.
The presenter wrote in the caption: ‘Ladies and gentlemen, my fiancé! She said yes.’
‘My secret 2023 New Year’s resolution was to propose to my darling Rebecca sometime this year. So I guess this is what you’d call a buzzer beater.
‘She’s calm, strong and unintentionally funny. She’s super smart and a genuine knockout beauty. She makes me a better man.’
