    A Quiet Place: Day One is a sequel to the original film A Quiet Place and follows Lupita’s character Sam who must survive an invasion in New York City by blood-thirsty alien creatures.

    The cat she was holding during the photocall is also in the film as the trailer shows her cradling it as she walks through the city. 

    Claudia Schiffer raised eyebrows when she brought along a cat to the premire of Argylle in January where she kept it in a yellow bag.  

    The event comes after Lupita recently admitted she wants to keep her new relationship with Joshua Jackson out of the public eye after being burned in the past.

    The actress was open with the breakdown of her relationship with her ex Selema Masekela, revealing that it was ‘devastatingly extinguished by deception’.

    Lupita has since found love with her new partner Joshua, 45, but she insisted she will be going back to the ‘old ways’ of keeping her love life private. 

    Historically, Lupita hasn’t been public about her relationships, as she told Porter: ‘And that was very, very sage of me. I’m going back to those days, by the way.’

    The couple are ‘exclusive and serious,’ according to insiders, who claim Lupita ‘saved’ him after his divorce when he didn’t think he would ever find love again.

    Lupita has reportedly been a ‘revelation’ for the former Dawson’s Creek star – but she is yet to build a ‘relationship’ with Joshua’s ex-wife Jodie Turner-Smith.

    Josh and Lupita are exclusive and serious,’ an insider told DailyMail.com exclusively. ‘They get each other, and she has been such a calming force for him.

    ‘They are in love and Josh feels saved. That might sound extremely corny but after his relationship with Jodie, who he thought was it for him, finding love with Lupita has been a revelation. It is everything to him that he has been able to find love again. He is very excited for their future.’

    They continued: ‘Lupita and Jodie don’t have much of a relationship, but Lupita is not looking to cause any problems.

    ‘Jodie will be in Joshua’s life forever and Lupita understands that dynamic, and Lupita will tackle those roads when the timing is right.’

    ‘They think it would be a lot of fun to be lovers or enemies on film, mixing business and pleasure seems to be something they would be interested in if the story was right.’

    A Quiet Place: Day One will be released on June 28.

    She’s spent plenty of time holidaying and working in Italy in recent years. 

    And Toni Collette has returned to the European country once again, this time to film her upcoming romantic comedy flick Under The Stars. 

    The Australian actress, 51, who recently spent time in Paris filming her upcoming flick A French Pursuit, will star opposite  Andy Garcia (Ocean’s 11), Alex Pettyfer, (Magic Mike), and Eva De Dominici (The Cleaning Lady) in the Michelle Danner-directed film. 

    ‘Under the Stars is a fun and heartfelt romantic comedy about love, passion, and beauty with a brilliant ensemble cast featuring Toni Collette, Andy Garcia, Alex Pettyfer and Eva De Dominici,’ producer Pia Patatian said in a statement.

    ‘Set against the bustle of London and the serenity of Puglia, Michelle Danner is the ideal director to bring Victoria Vinuesa’s wonderful story to life.’

    Production is currently underway in Puglia, Italy and will continue in London.

    As the panel discussed the backlash, Sunny Hostin spoke up in defense of Kelce and suggested that it was an ‘accidental like’ while Sara Haines admitted that she ‘hates’ the ‘cancel by association’ culture and claimed ‘this is a crazy time we’re living in’.

    Meanwhile, Alyssa Farah Griffin – who previously worked at the White House during Trump’s presidency – mocked the Make America Great Again campaigners for thinking they had ‘sniffed him out as a secret Trump supporter’ and accused them of trying to ‘find celebrities who are with them’.

    Sara Haines chimed in and said: ‘I hate the world we live in! When I like people, whether it’s on a like or my friends and family, that is not an endorsement of everything they’ve said, everything they’ve done.

    ‘Typically when you’re posing for a picture or you’re doing something, let’s let that go back to the good old days when that’s all it was, because I hate this cancel by association.

    ‘If you’ve had a picture in your 45-year-old life with someone that said this and then you’re an awful human being, that is not humanity, that’s not what we learnt from our parents, it’s not what we learnt from church, this is a crazy time we’re living in,’ Haines added.

    Referring back to Behar’s photo with Trump’s son, Hostin asked jokingly: ‘Can you make peace with that Joy?’ to which the comedian, 81, replied: ‘Everybody who knows me, knows where I stand. The picture with Eric Trump is meaningless.’

    ‘I bet Travis feels the same way,’ Haines replied. ‘Think about how much disagreement there is in the world, if you had to vet every single person by monoliths of beliefs it would be boring and it’s impossible!’

    Noticing that Goldberg, 68, looked fed up with the conversation, Griffin blurted out: ‘We’re boring Whoopi!’

    The Sister Act star responded calmly: ‘It is quite possible that none of this is important,’ to which Behar replied: ‘I certainly hope so!’ before adding: ‘Maybe Whoopi is the Oracle of Delphi. She comes in with that thing and then everybody claps and that’s it!’
