Saffron Barker and her boyfriend Louis Rees-Zammit have hit back at claims they’d ended their romance.
The social media star and the sportsman, both 23, sparked speculation they’d split last week after fans noticed they’d unfollowed each other on Instagram.
But a source close to the couple has now told MailOnline that they are ‘very much together’ and focused on ‘navigating a long-distance relationship,’ after Louis kickstarted a new career in the NFL.
A source said: ‘Saffron and Louis are very much together and have not split. They are happy in their relationship and continue to focus on that and their careers.
‘Louis has remained faithful to Saffron throughout their relationship and they remain a strong couple navigating a long distance relationship.’

Prior to the split rumours, Saffron and Louis made their first red carpet appearance together at The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes world premiere in November.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed that both Saffron and Louis had unfollowed each other on Instagram in recent days, amongst other clues that hinted at their break-up.
Followers also spotted that she had deleted a photo of his initials tattooed on her arm and then liked a comment insinuating that he had cheated.
The TV personality shared a series of photos from her trip to Dubai earlier this month, with followers questioning if the duo were still together.
In November, Saffron attended the The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes world premiere at the BFI IMAX Waterloo with Louis by her side.
The pair cut a smart figure as they got suitably glammed up for the evening.
A source for Saffron confirmed to MailOnline at the time that the pair had been getting to know each other in and the premiere was their first public appearance together.

The now former Gloucester player made the stunning decision to quit rugby just weeks before he was expected to represent Wales at the Six Nations.
Louis announced that he was joining the NFL’s International Player Pathway Programme after dreaming of playing American football since he was a child.
Mail Sport reported that Rees-Zammit began the camp in January, joining 15 other international hopefuls from sports such as track and field, basketball and Gaelic football.
Announcing his decision to quit rugby he said: ‘Opting to step away from international rugby on the eve of the Six Nations has been a painstaking decision, but I am extremely excited to take up a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to pursue a new challenge.
‘My best wishes go out to Wales for the up-coming Six Nations and year ahead, while I will continue to follow the continued progress of Gloucester from afar.’
Saffron previously sparked dating rumours with ex-Gogglebox star Tom Malone Jr back in January 2023 when they wore matching costumes to a New Year’s Eve party in Brighton.
The pair both took part in The Real Dirty Dancing which aired on E4 last year and Tom went on to make a guest appearance on Saffron Barker’s podcast Sex, Lies & DM slides.
