The Oscar-nominated actor, 45, has withdrawn from the Universal film, which has yet to be titled, industry sources told Deadline on Thursday.
The motion picture from the Oscar-winning directors of 2022's had been looking at locating the production in in order to obtain a Tax Credit, sources told the outlet.
The movie had been slated to commence filming this summer, which was an issue, sources told Deadline, as it 'was unable to move off its targeted date.'
The timing issues potentially cause a scheduling conflict involving Gosling, who has been seen in films such as .
