's sister Ruth has admitted weight loss drugs have 'revolutionised her life' after dropping an incredible nine stone.
Ruth, 44, previously revealed she 'ballooned to a size 28' before turning to weight loss injections over two years ago.
Speaking about her fluctuating size on The Life Of Bryony podcast with Bryony Gordon, Ruth explained how she struggled with 'horrendous' food noise.
The civil servant and podcaster said: 'I went on semaglutide [ drug], it will be two years this year and in all honesty it has revolutionised my life.
'I can't even explain or begin to put into words what it has done for me. Food noise is a horrendous thing to live with.
'I absolutely, 100% was addicted to food. It was a high level addiction in my life and it's only since being on this drug that I've been able to go "Right, while that food noice is off Ruth, you've got to sort this out."'

She added: 'I was so ill I think before I started to loose weight, my resting heart rate was over 100, I had a beating in my ears that was probably high blood pressure, people ask me what was it and I don't really know what made me wake up one day and go "I'm going to try and sort this out."'
'There wasn't a light bulb moment, I suppose subconsciously I was really worried about myself.'
Ruth also opened up on the heartbreaking 'grief' of not being able to conceive a baby.
She said: 'I've dealt with a fair amount of grief in my life, I've struggled to have a baby, still live childless and that's not my choice. So there has been lots of moments where my body has been shamed in lots of different ways.
'And the anger that I felt towards my body that I couldn't do the thing that every women should be able to do, have a baby and look after it - that all became about weight.
'I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and endometriosis and it all became about my weight, everything was centred around weight. So when I was trying for a baby I went away and lost five stone, nothing about my changed.'
Gavin And Stacey star James, 47 - with whom Ruth shares sister Ange, 49 - has spoken openly about his own weight issues over the years.
The Late Late Show star joined WW (formerly Weight Watchers) in 2021 and said the programme helped him shed over two stone. He later revealed he had also tried Ozempic, admitting last year that he gave the drug a go but did not stay on it.
'I tried Ozempic, and it didn’t really do anything for me,' James said. 'I realised my issues around eating were more emotional. It wasn’t really hunger. It was what I was feeling.’

Ruth - who lives in Buckinghamshire with husband Matthew - has spent the last two years on Ozempic under the care of Harley Street's Dr Sophia Khalique, crediting the appetite-suppressing medication with helping her break lifelong cycles of emotional eating.
She recently told The Worst Girl Gang Ever podcast that she has lost nine stone as she opened up about infertility struggles with husband Matthew and described how years of trauma, mental health battles and past drug misuse had taken a toll on their marriage.
‘I go to the gym and eat very little,’ she said. ‘I lost nearly nine stone, which has really changed my life in loads of different ways. I just feel this peace that I never, ever thought I’d feel in my life.’
She added: ‘Matthew and I have battled in our marriage infertility, complex mental health and drug misuse. We have really gone on a rollercoaster.
'It’s been torturous at times. There’s been lots and lots of grief and trauma and pain for us.
‘I think it’s remarkable we’re not only still together but still really like and love each other. I’m really proud of us for what we’ve managed to navigate.’
