Rumer Willis ‘had a good cry in the woods’ on Wednesday over being a single mother to her two-year-old daughter Louetta.
The 37-year-old nepo baby of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis – who suffers from seasonal affective disorder – lamented via Instastory: ‘Some days being a single mom is hard. She is not hard (ever) but some days doing everything alone can be.’
Willis – who’s still breastfeeding Louella – said she’s been single for the last ‘year and a half’ and she confirmed the end of her two-year relationship with singer Derek Richard Thomas in August 2024.
During an AMA Q&A on Thursday, the Kentucky-born influencer was asked if she would ‘rather get back with your ex or make me pancakes’ and she posted a picture of a stack of pancakes.
Willis – who’s ‘ready’ for a kind, considerate and respectful man – previously loved and left the likes of Armie Hammer, Ricky Whittle, Jason Blair, Chord Overstreet, Micah Alberti, Rafi Gavron and Harry Morton.
Meanwhile, Thomas quickly moved on with his Alchemy Pot co-founder Lizzie Loch.

The Trail of Vengeance actress is clearly still bitter as she teased a ‘shady’ new song called I’d Rather Be Lonely, which she worked on with The Young Fables.
Willis sang a snippet: ‘I’d rather be lonely sleeping by myself / I’d rather be lonely then asking you for help / I know I will find someone new / If I had to choose I’d rather be alone then be with you.’
But the Rumor Has It life coach is hardly alone as she enlists the nanny she had when she was three – Madison Myers – to co-parent little Lou when she works and travels: ‘I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that.’
On November 11, Willis made her triumphant return to ABC/Disney celebrity dance competition Dancing with the Stars, alongside current contestant Dylan Efron, in honor of it’s 20th birthday.
‘Being back in the ballroom and getting to dance with Dylan, it was so wonderful,’ gushed the Doctor Odyssey guest star.
‘He has done such an incredible job this season and I will absolutely rooting for him and Dani [Karagach] to win. That was such a wonderful experience to be able to step back in and be comfortable and fun and uplifting and Dani is such an incredible teacher. I felt like I was able to learn so much in such a short period of time. She’s a powerful, incredible dancer and mom.’
Willis said the ‘unbelievable’ experience ‘lit a fire under’ her and awoke a part of herself that’s ‘been kind of dormant’ for the past decade.
‘You can show up and maybe half-a** certain other things that you do in your life, but you really can’t do that with dancing,’ the millennial mama explained.
