The influencer, 32, who has recently returned from a trip to , took to Instagram on Friday to share a clip of herself in the car with her three-year-old daughter, Holiday

The mum-of-three explained that she made the discovery after taking her sons Rocket, 10, and Mars, eight, to school.

'Holiday and I just went and dropped the boys to school... and then funny thing is the bank has frozen all my bank accounts,' she said.

Ruby added that her bank locked her out due to an account she has had since childhood.

Ruby Tuesday Matthews received quite the shock this week, when she discovered her bank accounts had been frozen. The mum-of-three explained on Instagram that she made the discovery after taking her sons Rocket, 10, and Mars, eight, to school

'They [the bank] obviously think there's some sort of money laundering scam going on, so they've frozen all my bank accounts.'

Ruby said that she had to go through a process of proving hers and her parents' identities to have her accounts unlocked.

'I've got to get my whole family together to unfreeze them and show that we're real,' she said.

In Australia, all banks and financial institutions must comply with Know Your Customer requirements, mandated under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Act 2006.

Banks are required to keep customer information up-to-date, and failure to comply with KYC requests can result in banks placing a block on accounts until verification is complete.

It comes after Ruby updated her engagement ring for the third time, showing off her latest, enormous and impressive stone earlier this month.

She shared photos of her fresh bling in an Instagram post, unveiling the 12.59ct Ashoka diamond sitting heavily on her ring finger.

While the price of a diamond of that size varies by cut and clarity, the hefty gem could sell for as much as $3 million.

It's not known exactly when she and Shannan began dating, but according to her Instagram, she began posting loved-up photos with him in May that same year.

She may not have officially set a date for her impending nuptials, but Ruby is very much in bride-to-be mode, and has just returned to Australia after trying on an array of wedding gowns at a boutique in China.

Narrating the clip, Ruby said she was stunned by the prices of wedding dresses in China, with many in the boutique priced as low as AUD $500.

'These pieces are incredible – the quality of this one particular store was mind-blowing,' she said.
